The Maranzanos – Episode 45&46

9PM*

Franklin finally drove into the castle after blowing smokes on the bridge for an hour, and the first thing he noticed was the quietness of the bodyguards quarters.

He knew immediately that the plan started already, so he made his way to Sergio’s palace.

The bodyguards all died by his knife, all going down at each thrust to their necks till he took down the last one and kicked the door open.

He entered the palace, and according to Royal’s description, he began tracing his hand on the wall, trying to locate the door to Sergio’s underground dungeon.

His finger suddenly stopped on a suspicious spot, and before he could make another move, a red button blinked, and a door opened on the ground.

He walked there, and immediately he stood on the spot, he began going down till he landed on the corridor.

There’s supposed to be just a door in there according to Royal, so he walked fast to the end of the corridor where the door is located at.

He pushed it open slowly, and his eyes couldn’t help but widen at what he met.

A woman who’s definitely Mia’s mum. Her eyes are gone, and a lot of her fingers too, she’s barely breathing as she sat by the wall, resting her back on it.

Her body moved slightly when she heard the door open, and she spoke slowly.

“Please… just don’t hurt my daughter… Continue cutting every part of my body like you want” 

Franklin rushed in and squatted in front of her.

“I’m not Sergio” he said, and before she could gather energy to talk again, he carried her in his arms and took her out of the dungeon.

He took her to the park and placed her in the car, then he locked the doors and went back to the building, riding the elevator to Mia’s room, but she’s not there.

He came back down and went to the lake maybe she’s still there, but no single sign of her.

He made to call her, but then he remembered he threw his phone away already.

He was about to leave the lake too when he saw her phone lying on the ground.

He picked it up and racked his brain for any possibility, and immediately he got it, he went back to the park and drove out of the castle with Beatrice.

CHURCH*

Sergio arrived with the R4 and several other guards just now, and while the guards surrounded the church, he went in with the 3 and Rocco since Franklin is not here.

The priest has been tied down on the alter, and his eyes widened when he saw Margaretta’s coffin is empty.

“Margaretta!” He shouted, rushing to the coffin to confirm. Truly, she’s not there, just the white cloth.

“Where’s my wife!” He shouted, rushing to the priest.

He pulled him up by the collar and punched him, making him fall back down.

“Where’s Margaretta!!!” He demanded, and a loud laughter filled the whole church, echoing on the wall as Royal came out of the power room.

“Mother is surely getting buried already by now. May her soul finally rest in peace” he said, and Sergio’s eyes widened.

“You didn’t bury her cos you’re afraid her ghost would come to haunt you? I understand your fear Sergio, you killed her after all” Royal said, his voice turning mean, and his face cold.

“Quit playing with the whisker of a lion!” Sergio shouted 

“I didn’t come alone” he replied, and Anthony came out of the room with his girls, all lined behind him.

“You’re quiet the actor, Sergio. You always said you’re the devil, but i always took it for jokes. I found out  already that you’re really who you claimed to be. You killed Margaretta and pinned me for it, taking my pregnant Beatrice just to ease your guilt. I haven’t seen my own daughter face to face since she was born. You only sent me pictures to torture me Sergio, and you’re currently using her for an experiment? Sergio!!!” Anthony cried, and Sergio laughed out.

“You only figured that out just now? Whoa, Anthony you’re  dafter than I thought. Yes I killed Margaretta, and your daughter is dying next, I have to live long and she’s like my sacrifice, just accept your fate and let’s be good friends again after I finish the experiment. I’m using her and there’s nothing you can do!” Sergio laughed evilly.

“Devil!!!!” Anthony yelled, rushing to him, and at the same time, the three faced the girls, and Rocco faced Romeo.

Immediately Anthony got to Sergio, he greeted his jaw with a punch, and Anthony landed on the ground heavily.

“This is so tiring Anthony. You’d die by my hands, you know you can never win a fight against me unless you become hulk” Sergio said, flexing his arms as Anthony stood.

He charged towards Sergio again, and this time, he was able to wedge his chest with a hit.

Sergio flew to the wall, wounding his head.

Meanwhile, Royal is also currently bashing Rocco. Basically, it’s not a fight, it’s like a senior brother teaching his junior some lessons.

“You know what I hate most about you? The fact that even after I told you the truth about mum’s death some years ago, you still never saw anything wrong with it bastard!” He spat, punching Rocco again.

Rocco staggered and ran to him , lifting him off the ground, but he wasn’t able to throw him.

Royal grabbed his arms and twisted them, then he landed back on his feet before flipping Rocco.

Rocco landed on the ground again, and he grinned.

“Why would I let that hinder my progress? Father always said even the death of your child shouldn’t stop you from eating to your full, I’m never gonna allow that as my weakness!” He shouted.

“You won’t learn easily, till you die for real!” Royal said and got his gun.

Rocco was fast to get his own too, and they aimed for each other at the same time.

Neptune is with Armani, and she’s having the upper hand this time.

She hit his head on the wall for the third time, and blood covered his face already.

“You must be so happy you kept messing with my b👀bs the other time” she said breathlessly, trying to hit his head again.

Armani resisted and hit her with his elbow.

She bled from the mouth as she staggered, letting go of him in the process.

Armani grabbed her head, and now it’s his turn to start hitting.

It’s Ghost and Azura, and she’s obviously having the upper hand.

From her shoulder, he landed on the ground for the fifth time, groaning in pains as his head got hit hard.

“You should give up” Azura breathed.

“Says who?” He replied, standing up.

He made to attack her again, but she got her gun and aimed for his head. He wasn’t fast enough to get his own too.

“Stop now, I don’t wanna kill you” she said.

“You think you can?” He smirked, and someone kicked Azura from behind.

The gun fell from her, and she followed.

“Aurora” Ghost said when he saw she’s the one.

She killed Tomboy already, and her face is wet with her blood.

At the same time, two gunshots sounded, and everyone turned.

Royal and Rocco finally shot each other, but Rocco wasn’t lucky enough cos it got his heart while Royal got his on the shoulder.

Sergio took advantage of the distraction and ran out through the  alter door. Anthony followed him immediately.

The second front door of the church opened wider, and gunshots began sounding incessantly as someone stepped in.

Franklin! And the first person his bullet got was Azura.

He wasn’t even looking sidewards, his eyes are on the alter as he shot his gun without seizing fire for once.

Aurora and the rest layed low luckily, but Azura already got hit.

Neptune got her gun and began shooting back, but within two minutes, she ran out of bullets and started running out.

Franklin’s bullet got her head from behind, and she went down too in the middle of the other dead bodies.

“Franklin” Armani whispered from where he’s lying almost lifelessly on the ground.

“Armani!” Aurora shouted, rushing to him with Ghost.

Franklin remained unmoved, just his arm went down on his spot. His face is emotionless.

“The b+ch who killed Serafina is dead already. Anthony cleared her himself” Royal said as he stood, holding his bloody arm.

“Beatrice is out, she’s in Bascca, i dropped her with Elettra” Franklin muttered and turned back as he started walking out of the church.

“We have to go save Mia, Franklin. The lab battle won’t be as easy as this. We need you” Royal said.

“I’m not interested” Franklin muttered and continued his walk out.

“Really?” Aurora said from where she’s kneeling beside Armani.

“You said she’s like a sister to you bastard! You can’t just leave her like that after everything you’ve done for her!” Armani shouted from the ground, and immediately he said that, he passed out, still bleeding from the head.

“We have to get him to the hospital as soon as possible” Ghost said, and Aurora stood slowly.

She was about to talk when another gunshot sounded.

It actually came from Azura who’s not totally dead on the ground, and  the bullet obviously hit someone.

All eyes widened as they turned to the person…
