    Mick’s POV
    at first when I opened my eyes, every where was blurry,then finally my eyes started getting used to the environment, “his finally awake” I heard a strange voice say. “Becky, Becky, where is Becky” I asked immediately but no body answered me, they just kept moving around. the door opened and my parents walked in. “thank goodness, my baby is finally awake” my mum said touching my cheek. “where is Becky?” I asked trying to shift but the pains on my chest wouldn’t let me so my mum gave me a hand.
    “we’ve not seen Becky yet for the past one week but we are still searching”
    “I would look for her myself” I tried standing up again but the pains was too much I didn’t give up either.”Mick you can’t move for now” my dad and the doctor tried to hold me down but I refused. soon my chest started bleeding.
    “you won’t be going out till you recover as for becky, leave her to us” my dad said angrily as they finally subdued me.

    Becky’s pov
    I’ve been here for over a week, thanks to flora because she made my life miserable. I was hungry and thirsty. “your time is finally over” flora said at my back, I couldn’t turn because I was tied to a chair.
    “am not sure if you would be able to get a proper casket when you die, so I bought you a very beautiful one” she laughed hysterically “you would surely pay for this” I cried out
    “put her inside and you no where to dump her” flora said wickedly leaving the room.
    “please don’t do it” I cried out loudly but they didn’t listen.
    one of them brought out his gun and shot me on my stomach and i groaned in pain.

    “Mick I love you so much, please be alive for” I said slowly before the second bullet came to my stomach again and i passed out immediately.
    “make sure you tie her hands and legs properly” one of the men said.
    at the sea
    “the breeze is so cool” one of the hoodlums laughed.
    “yes man” they both laughed.
    “aren’t we yet at the deep part of the sea?” another asked.
    “we just got there”
    they drew the casket that was bounded with heavy chains and threw it into the river and it started moving slowly as it began to sink.

    Raul’s mansion
    “Jack thank goodness you came” I said happily.
    “no problem man”
    “please you have to help me out” I asked with a pleading eyes.
    “help me escape from this room, we need to save becky”
    “I would have helped you, but we’ve not located her direction yet” he responded his immediately turning to another direction.
    “we can track her location through the watch on her wrist” I said trying to sit upright
    “seriously, let’s get going then” he turned to my direction smiling and i was happy.
    we managed to escape from my house and was heading to the sea. “why would her watch be leading us to the sea?” Jack asked rubbing his chin. “I just have a hunch that she is there” I looked out of the window with a worried face.
    we are almost there I said happily.
    we came down and started heading to the sea.”Jack look over there, those guys were the ones that shot me” I pointed at them
    “if they are just coming out from that boat, it means that something is wrong” let’s ask the man that owns the boat.
    we quickly ran to him and he told us that they trew a coffin in the sea.
    “call the cops immediately and tell them that they should block those guys” I said worriedly to jack
    “take us to where they dropped the coffin” I commanded the man.
    “Mick your chest is bleeding again” Jack pointed at me
    “am OK, I just want my becky”
    “here is the plac…” before he could complete it I dived inside.
    I kept searching but didn’t see anything, I was running out of breath when I saw a coffin that sinking down, I kept struggling but my strength was running out and i was becoming weak just then Jack dived in and started heading to the coffin but it seems that it was too heavy for him to pull.
    the thought of me loosing becky gave me strength and i started swimming down and soon we were able to bring her out.
    I just pray she’s alive

    I was happy about the outcome of everything, the hole town was talking about flora and it gives me so much joy.
    “Jack how are you this wonderful morning” I asked immediately I got to the living room, I sat near him. “so cool because we are now close than before” he smiled and i just stared at him “why do you always smile”
    “because it makes me handsome and charming” he smiled desmostrating.
    I hit him playfully “let’s go out today and have the day to ourselves” I winked at him playfully “am not going with you” he replied immediately, I was so shocked “but why huh, was I really rejected? I feel really heartbroken” I held my chest playfully pretending to be hurt.
    “you are so silly, you are going out with Mick today dont tell me that you have forgotten” he scoffed looking at another direction.
    “gush I forgot” I said hitting my head.
    “let’s do something else” he stared at me somehow that I didn’t understand “what huh”
    “let’s wrestle”
    “OK, I would take you down today” I stood up positioning as if I learnt karate. he only laughed “you look so funny” he laughed but I didn’t mind I kept using my hands to tell him to come on. some maids were watching.
    soon we started but my legs wasn’t touching the ground, I kept dangling my legs in the air.
    “what the hell, Jake my legs can’t touch the ground what’s happening” I asked
    “you are such a dummy, your legs aren’t touching the ground because I carried you up” he laughed including the maids he brought me down laughing
    “you are so light as paper,when we get back to Nigeria, I would personally give someone contact to supply fufu” he kept laughing.
    he tried leaving but I bite him and ran
    “what,i would kill you today” he chased after me.

    the sun was really smiling and i could really feel it.
    I am proposing to Becky today but she doesn’t know yet because I want it to be a surprise.i brought out a ring case and stared inside. “I pray that she likes it” I smiled.
    my phone rang and picked up immediately.
    “hi Mick you are happy right?” flora asked
    “I don’t have your time” I tried hanging up
    “be happy for now because I would make you pay” she hanged up before I could say anything.
    she must be kidding I scoffed heading to the bathroom.

    flora’s pov
    everything is ruined, but I won’t give up now. I would take away his precious angel from him and his life would be forever empty I said laughing wickedly.
    “did you bring it?” I asked one of my men.
    “yes ma’am, I brought the best as u asked”
    I stood up to confirm it and it was indeed good.
    the casket looked so beautiful with the glass.”Becky I can’t wait to get you inside this casket” I touched it laughing.
    “once you capture her, put her inside then throw her inside the middle of the sea”
    “yes ma’am” they nodded trying to leave but I stopped them.
    I need the both of you inside of me now, it’s been long and am starving. “but ma’am you just got miscarriage” who are you to tell me what to do? I slapped him on his face.
    “get to work” I commanded undressing myself.
    Mick where are we going to, I asked pinching him because he doesn’t want to answer. “it hurt, stop that” he tried shifting but couldn’t since he was driving.
    “say something or else”
    “we are going for sight seeing” he didn’t even look at me he just kept driving.
    “Mick you didn’t tell me that I was pretty today” I touched him but he just removed my hands
    “you are nothing but a distraction” he scoffed.i felt bad, I just stared at the window without looking at his direction.
    the car stopped but I didn’t bother to know.
    “Becky” he called me but I didn’t answer so he turned me with force. “gush, she’s crying. I thought you’ve grown up but you are still behave like a baby” he laughed a little. I tried turning again but I couldn’t because his grip were firm.
    “let me g….” he stopped me with a kiss.
    “I love you so much, I was only trying to tease you” he kissed me again and i smiled.
    “I love you so much”
    “I love you too” I replied sharply.
    close your eyes he told me
    “but why” I asked
    “just do it” I closed my eyes and he kept taking me to somewhere that I didn’t know.
    “open your eyes” he said in my ears and it was tingling, I opened my eyes and what I saw was so surprising.
    the place we’re decorated with flowers, it was quiet a table and a set of chair, a pool was by the side every where was so cool
    “do you like it” he smiled
    “yes I love it” I replied happily.
    he took me by my hands and lead me to the table.
    we ate a lot, to be sincere the food was so yummy.i was lost in thought or should I say the food that I didn’t know when Mick got on his knees “Becky!” he said almost shouting.
    “yes, why are you kneeling down” I. asked suprised.
    “Becky I wanted to ask a question, promise not to say no”
    “I promise”
    “Becky would you be my wife, my soul mate my life time partner the mother to my unborn children,my wife?” he asked and i was so happy.
    “I won’t be Your wife, am not ready to get married, am still very young, I want to enjoy life first” I scoffed.
    he felt bad because it was written on his face. “OK, I would wait for you then” he said sadly but I just laughed “lol, I was just kidding, I would be your wife” I said happily stretching my hand to him and he inserted the cutest ring ever.
    “I nearly cried” he said shyly
    “seriously, I just paid you back with your own coin”
    “gush I apologised back then in the car” he scoffed but I didn’t mind.
    the water felt so cool,we kept swimming till we got exhausted, I wanted to come out of the pool but he drew me back so close to him that I could feel his breath “you look so pretty and sexy as always” he said smiling.
    he kissed my neck and i shivered “we are in the pool” I said but he didn’t stop but continued.
    he kept kissing me and I responded immediately, his hand got to my laps as he inserted his finger, It felt so good and I really wanted more “let’s go to the car” he spoke in a low voice and we came out of the pool only to see gun men. “wow, such a cute couple, take her!” the man commanded. I held Mike tightly.
    Mike kept fighting with them and he defeated them.”let’s leave” he dragged my hands as we ran, but a gun shot stopped us.
    Mike was shot in his leg “Mike, Mike you are”
    “just keep moving” he commanded and i couldn’t help but run with him.
    soon he was shot on his chest and then his arm. he tried to move but couldn’t “Mick, am sorry, it’s all my fault” I cried because he was really bleeding so much “Becky let’s just continue” buy I didn’t let him. “I won’t watch you die, I would have to go with them.
    “Becky please don’t do it” he coughed blood.
    I left him lying there as I ran to the car.
    “stop there you bitch” they shouted but I didn’t stop so they shot my two legs, I couldn’t move but I kept struggling. I opened the door, took my phone and called Jack and thank goodness he picked immediately. “Jack we are in danger, mick was shot and his dying. please come” I told him the address and immediately I finished, they hit me with gun on my head.
    “God please save Mick for me” I said slowly before passing out.

    In the blink of an eye, I was dragged up like a polythene bag and the tyres were placed beside me.

    From afar, I saw someone running towards us with a keg which I presumed contained petrol.

    I saw the girl standing beside the bike man that conveyed her to the place staring at me with a stone cold eye. She stood like a mean village primary school headmistress.

    As the guy with the petrol almost got to us, some guys took the tyres and were about to place it on my head.

    Using all the last bit of strength remaining inside my body, I jerked myself off from the guy that was holding me and dash to meet the girl where she was standing.

    ” I’m not a kidnapper ” I screamed repeatedly like a mad man as I dashed towards her.

    ” remember me ” I screamed holding her hand as I got to her.

    ” this guy get liver oo ” I heard one of my haters said as I felt a hand on my collar as they tried to drag me away from her but I was pulling her hand, not releasing it.

    ” you came to my church yesterday, I was the one preaching ” I screamed aloud as they’re trying to disassociate me from her.

    ” wait ” she said in discomfort due to my pulling.

    Like she’s a sort of confessor, everywhere suddenly became silent and the guys that were trying to pull me, all left me.

    She suddenly slap me with her left hand because I was holding her right one. I didn’t know how my hand left her right hand at that moment.

    ” if you get to survive the fire, tell Cancer that he’s not laying his hand on me ” she uttered to me with a mean look.

    ” who’s Cancer ” I asked with surprised countenance as I fought the urge not to cry.

    ” see him trying to feign innocent, I know he’s the one that asked you to follow me but it’s a pity that he’s only going to get here to meet a barbecue version of you ” she replied as my haters wait there looking at us waiting for her to order me to be burnt.

    ” I don’t know who Cancer is, you came to my church yesterday while I was preaching ”

    ” preaching ” she said interrupting.

    ” yes ” I swifty replied shaking my head.

    ” I was preaching but you disappeared before the end of the service and we couldn’t take your details as a new member ” I swiftly added as I saw the escape spotlight in front of me.

    ” yeah, I can remember you now ” she said staring at my face.

    ” so you’ve been trying to catch up with me because you wanted to get my attention ” she added now losing the mean look.

    ” yes, that’s the reason I asked the bike I was on earlier to catch up with your bike ” I said now having hope of safety.

    ” I’ve to confirm what you’re saying ” she said bashing the hope I had gotten from the conversation we had.

    ” how ” I asked looking surprised.
    She didn’t reply me as she moved behind me and dragged my shirt and white singlet up.

    She stared at my back as if looking for something there.
    After few seconds, she let my shirt down.

    ” I’m sorry everyone but I think I was mistaken ” she said as the whole mob carried the face that was that of disappointment.

    She put her hand into the back pocket of her jean trousers and brought out some cash.

    She gave out some of it to one of them as she apologized to them for the confusion.

    They’re not happy but the cash they got diverted their attention as they clamor in joy over the cash and left us shouting as to how the money should be shared.

    ” I’m sorry ” she said to me after she’s done settling the folks.

    ” it’s okay ” I said spitting out blood from my mouth.

    ” I got what I deserve for acting stupidly ” I added releasing more blood filled spit from my mouth.

    I knew my face is already bruised up as I felt pain all over it as blood trinkle down from it.

    Both the jean trouser I was wearing and the shirt I was wearing has procured many cuts and stain from my blood and the earth, making them look like rag.

    My eyeglasses was laying on the floor in pieces.

    My mind suddenly drifted back to my phone as I swiftly touch my back pocket.

    I heaved a sigh of relief as I felt its shape inside it.

    I brought it out and find its touch all cracked up.

    It’s procured thousand crack on it.
     I press its switch key and its screen was also gone. It was filled with ink.

    ” will you go to the hospital ” she asked me with a remorseful tone.

    ” you don’t need to ” I said to her.

    ” you can go, I’ll find my way back home ” I added as I took off my shirt leaving only my underwear on. My body was all bruised up from the severe beating I received.

    ” Only if I had listen to my mom’s warning ” I thought to myself.

    I left them as I started trekking down the road.

    A bike suddenly parked beside me.

    ” get on ” the girl said to me but I feigned dead ear as I continued with my journey, expecting to see another bike that I’m going to ride home.

    ” pastor ” she called getting down from the bike as she hastened her movement so as to catch up with me .

    ” pastor kill you there ” I said to myself not answering her.

    ” I said I’m sorry and giving it a good thought , I’m not at fault here ” she said as she intercepted my way.

    ” it’s not your fault, I already accepted it, so please let me be on my way ” I replied.

    ” please let me just make it up to you by taking you home “she said with a remorseful look.

    She look pitiable with her remorseful look and that hit my soft spot.

    ” okay ” I said after some seconds, pretending to be thinking about it.
    She boarded the bike before I did and I had to sit behind her.

    The ordeal I went through was enough to get my mood down so I had no hard time sitting behind her like yesterday with Precious.

    ” I’m getting down here ” I said to the bike man when we got to the last intersection into my street.

    There was a mobile engineer there and I wanted to give my phone to him so that he will help me repair it.

    ” is this your place ” she asked when I got down from the bike, looking surprised as there was no house there except shops.

    ” no, I want to repair my phone ” I replied her showing her what she had made to happen to my phone.

    I went in to meet the engineer to give him my phone.

    I looked outside and saw her still waiting beside the bike man.

    ” oga, I wan repair my phone screen and calibration ” I said to the engineer who was sitting behind a desk with different kind of phone scrabs and a HP laptop with tools on the desk.

    ” where e dey ” he asked me.

    ” here it is ” I said handling him the phone.

    He pressed the switch key to light it up.

    ” omo, shey na trailer jam you and the phone ” he asked humorously staring at me.

    ” no ooo, na train jam us ” I replied him and he smiled.

    ” pele oo, but your money na seven k ” he replied shutting the screen off.

    ” okay ” I said dipping my hand into my back pocket to get my wallet.

    ” here ” I said giving him the last three thousand naira inside my wallet.

    I only have four hundred and fifty naira remaining inside the wallet.

    ” I’ll bring the remaining four k when I want to come and collect it ” I said to him as I gave him the money.

    ” come with the balance in the evening and your phone would have been ready ” he said with a grin.

    ” here ” I heard behind me .

    I turned to look at who it was and found out that it was the girl.

    ” here’s the remaining four thousand naira ” she said as she gave the engineer some cash.

    ” when did you get here ” I asked staring at her with a surprised countenance.

    ” you’re welcome ” she said exiting the shop.

    ” omo, na mami water you dey date oo, see as the girl set die, I fit sell my shop to sample her ” the engineer said humorously as he stared the girl.

    ” I’ll be back for it in the evening, make sure you’ve gotten it working fine ” I said to him before exiting his shop.

    ” what’s your name ” he screamed after me.

    ” Ben ” I replied without turning around.

    The girl and the bike man were still waiting outside.

    ” thank you ” I said grudgingly when I got to where she was standing.

    ” if you’re appreciative, then let go to your house, I want to make sure you get in safely ” she said staring with a kinda eye that melt my heart .

    ” why are you doing this ” I asked moving closer to her.

    ” do I look pitiable to you or because I followed you thought I’m a fool ” I added before she could answer the first one.

    I felt like a fool, regretting what I did but the deed is been locked, all regret means nothing.

    ” just wanna make it up to you, tho you’re kinda at fault but my act could have led to you losing your life ” she said remorsefully.

    Without saying anything, I hop the bike and she sat behind me.

    ” it’s okay like this ” I said when we got to the front of my building.
    The bike stopped and we both alight. She dipped her hand into her back pocket but find no money inside it.

    She took her bag and searched through it, brought out three thousand naira and gave it to the bike man who turned his bike happily and rode out of sight.

    I opened the gate and entered and she followed me.

    I’m not the type to allow a girl with me inside when my friends aren’t around. Precious especially, I don’t want to be a victim of temptation and I knew if anything was to happen, she would give in easily because of the feelings she has for me, but allowing this strange girl to follow me inside when I was sure my friends won’t be around was something I couldn’t fathom at that moment.
    After few minutes, we’re inside my room.

    I felt like killing all my friends when we got inside, everywhere was untidy , cans of soft drink lay carelessly on the rug, their clothes marked outta the attendance on the chairs.

    ” this goats ” I clamor as I got inside.

    ” is this your place ” she asked as she got inside.

    ” yeah, this is where I stay with my friends, and all this are their handwork ” I said as I tried to tidy the place up.

    ” nice place you got, I thought you’re a student, look like I was wrong ” she said as she joined me in tidying everywhere.

    ” you didn’t get it wrong, I’m also a student of Unilag, just lucky to have parents who could afford this place ” I replied her.

    I borrowed her phone to call Lekan and informed him that I won’t be able to attend the next lecture because something came up.

    I knew he will be worried if I’m absent because such has never happened before.

    After we’re through with tidying, she took the broom and swept the sitting room.

    I couldn’t help but steal glances at her as she did this.

    She look extravagant to be doing such. And judging from how she’s been spending, she ain’t from the low class family.

    She looked like a princess of a big kingdom. And to crown it all, she looked extra ordinarily beautiful, maybe that’s why I got attached to her in the first place.

    Without deceiving myself, I knew I was fallen or had fallen for her.
    ” do you have first aid kit ” she asked me after she’s through with tidying up the room.

    ” first aid kit ” I exclaimed stupidly.

    ” yeah, you’ve to clean your wounds so that it won’t get infected ” she said clearing my foolish curiosity.

    ” ohh, got one ” I said as I head to the store to get the first aid kit.
    It was like she’s been through such experience or had better knowledge about the first aid as she treated me with the contents of the first aid kit.

    The first aid kit was gotten for me by mom and she made sure to fill it to brim.

    After she’s through with the administration of the drugs, I suddenly felt sleepy.

    ” what is happening ” I asked her as I felt like I was been sedated.

    ” you’re gonna have a good rest ” she said laughing wickedly.
    I was weak to do anything and I saw as she brought out a syringe from Inside the first aid kit, took a small bottle from her bag, dipped the syringe into it and extracted the content inside the bottle.

    My Mind was motioning to me to run away but my body wasn’t heeding to the order as I felt helplessly weak.

    ” what’s your name ” I asked her as my eye fought to shut itself.

    ” Jezebel ” she replied with an hysterical laughter before I finally black out.

    “You evil beast! I promise you’ll die by my hands one day. I will kill you myself.” I said crying out.
    After some minutes, my body was a little calm and I had stopped crying.
    “I promise to destroy all what you’ve worked for. I will show you what am capable of doing. Now, I don’t care if my life would be at risk. I’ll make you go on your kneel to those family you’ve offended or kill their child before you see your own grave.” I said looking angry.

    JOHN POV

    I and Stella went back to the hospital to visit Jenny. When we got to her Ward, her mum was already there taking care of her.
     “Good evening mum” I greeted her.
    “Oh good evening My son. Thanks for the other time.” she said smiling.
    “How’s she?” I asked looking at Jenny. She turned her face to me smiling. She was not really looking at me I looked beside me and it was then I knew she was looking at Stella. Stella walked slowly to her bed and sat down beside her. Although Jenny’s mum could not see her. She thought Jenny was looking at me.
    “Am sorry for making this happen” Stella said holding her hand. She nodded her head in response.
    “Am happy you were not that badly hurt by him. I promise to fight for everyone. He would soon be brought down by me. Please you need to get well soon OK” she said. Jenny smiled nodding her head again.
    Her mum was staring at her wondering what she was doing and who she was smiling at.
    “Jenny is anything wrong again?”she asked her.
    “Oh. Jenny are you now feeling OK? I had been so worried about you since yesterday. Hope everything is fine now?” I said cutting in to stop her mum from asking any further question. She smiled nodding her head. “Thank you sir. Am feeling better” she replied looking at me.
    “Why are you calling your friend sir?
    Are you not friends?” her mum asked looking confused.
    “My friend?” Jenny asked looking confused.
    “He’s the vice president of A.N.E.L entertainment company” she corrected her mum. Her mum looked at me then gasped in amazement covering her mouth with both hands.
    “Really? Am so sorry sir. I didn’t know that’s who you are. Please forgive my manner” she said looking at me.
     “No mum. It’s OK, you don’t need to be. Am OK with how you talk to me” I said smiling.
    “So you came to visit my daughter personally after her performance yesterday? Wow I can’t believe this. Thanks for everything sir. Am so happy for your concern” she said smiling.
    “Yes madam.” I said bowing a little.

    After we left her Ward, I got to the compound and was about opening my car. I saw Cassandra standing at the other side beside my car. I was surprised to see her here at the hospital. I think Stephen sent her here again. She didn’t notice I was there so I wanted to ignore her and go our way. I thought what if she’s up to something?. I locked the door slamming it. The sound made her looked at my direction. Stella was not aware of this. She was at the back of the seat expecting me to drive. But when I slammed the door shut, she also got out of the car wondering what happened. She appeared to my side and asked why we’re not going again.
     “Why? Did you forget something?” she asked looking at me.

    CASSANDRA POV.

    After waiting in the hospital compound for a while, I heard a loud sound beside me and I saw it was john. I walked slowly towards him still feeling strange of what I was about to do. When I got to him, I greeted him but he was not replying me.
     “I have something to tell you” I said looking at him.
    “What is it? What are you guys planning this time around? Does he tell you to come and kill her finally?” he asked looking angry. I was so surprised he knew Stephen was the one behind it all.
    But why is he not reacting to it? So he also knew Stephen was trying to hurt Stella too? does that mean he was aware that Stephen framed his mother’s death?”I thought to myself looking at him.
     “Why? I think am not wrong? You actually came because of that?” he asked looking into my eyes.
    “A…am not here because of that. I have something to tell you” I said looking at him.
    “Your tricks won’t work on me anymore. I know if you open that mouth, all that will come out of there are nothing but lies. I don’t need to stand here with you wasting my time and energy. Please excuse me!” he said and turned to go.
    “You’re still behaving childish. Aren’t you? I think you don’t wish to know who was behind your mother’s death?” I said looking at his back as he was leaving. He stopped on hearing that. He then turned slowly to me like I just controlled him with a remote. He was staring at me straight in the eyes looking shocked and surprised.

    Benny increased our speed a bit making it look as if we’re trying to lose them, as we reach express Benny then face the lane that leads to kwara, she brought out her phone and and initiated a call
    Benny; ***on phone*** how una dey? Abeg make una arrange for una base 100% I dey bring some dickheads to deal with there, they are heavily harmed o…….. OK, I trust una, I will be there in few mins.

    She ended the call as she now started driving with full speed, the jeeps behind us increase theirs too.

    Me; where are you luring them to?

    Benny; our university of osun base at okuku

    Me; don’t you think that is a bit risky?

    Benny; risky as how?

    Me; from what you said earlier on, it’s like they are tracking me abi

    Benny; I guess so, cause we removed two trackers from your body when the doctor was treating you.

    Me; meaning they still have another tracker on me

    Benny; yep

    Me; even if we successfully get rid of them at your base in okuku, don’t you think it will blow open the cover of the girls there? Cause the black powers at our headquarters will for sure have known my location and might come attacking the girls there after when we might have left

    Benny; hmm….. You are actually making sense love! So what do we do?

    Me; changing the venue for the battle a bit far away from your base at okuku will be perfect
    Benny put a call through to the girls again, “change of plans” she said, once the person on the other side of the call picked up. You girls should go and Wait for me at ijabe junction (that’s the outskirts of osun state), make una enter the junction small, like 200 meters, make una block the road for front then block am for back once the two jeeps following me entered, no f–k up ooo, it must be 100% clean. OK good ” Benny said as she ended the call.

    We continued moving at a very high speed and the Two jeeps followed suit, Benny was very good at executing our plan, she didn’t let them have a feel of what we have for them, am sure they will be thinking that we are trying to lose them with the kind of speed we are moving with.

    After about 45mins of driving, we reach ijabe junction, Benny just branch enter ijabe road with heavy speed without even going around the junction. Everybody at the garage at ijabe junction were just watching us as Benny continued doing the 007 driving. We don enter the ijabe road wella before sighting the road block far ahead. Benny stopped in a way that makes it look like our car is faulty and at the same time blocking the view of our chasers so they won’t see nor spot the road block ahead, it’s still a bit far though. The jeeps behind us stopped too! What do we do now? I ask benny. “that’s a stupid question” I said in my mind.

    Benny no even answer, she just bring out her phone, I guess she’s trying to call her girls.

    Benny; d–n! There is no Airtel network here she said
    It was then i remembered my phone, I wanted to ask about my phone but I decided not to, that will be another stupid question To ask at the moment, so I just keep shut.

    Me; we never enter town na him make network no dey

    Benny; I need to give my girls signal, am sure they are in position already.

    Me; make we just keep am cool first and wait for them to make a move first.

    Just then, the driver of the first jeep opened his door and all of them open up at once too, they all came out with their gun in hand. They are all out, I need to give my girls a signal right now Benny said.

    Me; you can just signal to them with your hand, they should see and understand if they are truly in position.

    Benny Wine down her door glass and she raised up her left hand pointing up the middle finger. All the girls opened fire at once! Chai!!! Come see as bullets they fly come from all angles, E just be like all this commando movies.

    The shooting lasted for about 3 to 4 minutes, then everywhere went dead silent. I checked my side mirror and I saw all the boys on the left side lying lifelessly On the floor. I opened my side door and Benny did same, we both step out with me limping as I tried walking.

    Me; wow! The girls did a clean job! Both jeeps weren’t even hit at all.
    Benny; trust me, my girls are pro.

    Benny whistled and the girls started coming out of their hiding spot one after the other, chai! Come see fresh chicks carrying heavy guns. By mere looking, one will never suspect it that such beautiful girls with innocent looking faces could be pulling stunts like this.

    Benny; we need to locate and remove. The tracker that’s left on your body before we leave here
    Me; that’s a nice idea.

    I told him we need to be patient or he’ll do something more worst to innocent people. He agreed with me but promised to reveal everything when he find a good evidence.

    I went to Jenny’s performance because I had promised to help her on that day. I stood by the entrance looking among the crowd because people were too much. I looked around for her but couldn’t find her.

          JENNY POV.

    After waiting some minutes, Stella never showed up. I now became scared and nervous. My mum was sitting at the first row looking at me. She was smiling nodding her head saying it’s OK. We were the second to the last group to perform. When it got to our turn, we were called out on stage. I looked around again and couldn’t find her. “Stella where are you?” I thought to myself. The sound was turned on and still she didn’t show up. We were about performing when she showed up from a corner. Immediately I saw her, I smiled to myself feeling happy. She walked slowly to me smiling. When she got to my front, I closed my eyes and that’s all I could remember.

    STELLA POV.

    I moved into her body and possessed her. The dance began and we started dancing. As we were dancing my memory flashed back to how Stephen and I met.
    After my performance, Debbie introduced him to me as her friend when she was in school. We exchanged greetings and I fell in love with him at first sight because then he was so cool and nice. He looks harmless by his personality and appearance. Later when we met again, we exchanged contacts and start getting closer. That was how it happens. As I was remembering those memories, I was not focusing on the dance anymore. I could see people reactions. I took a deep breath and tried to meet up with others. I was able to do my best but one side of me was not happy.
    After we finished the performance, the judges have us the second place. The girls were so happy but I was not. Jenny’s mum was happy also. “Good job dear. You really impressed me” She hugged me smiling. “If this could continue, I know you would be able to do better than this” she said. “Don’t worry. I promise to do better from now on.” I said smiling. “Jenny, I hope I kept my promise to you now.” I thought to myself.

    JOHN POV.

    When she told me she’s going to Jenny’s performance, after some minutes of staying at home, I left to the place to see her performance. After the performance, I saw a woman hugging her. I think that’s Jenny’s mum. I smiled looking at them from where I stood. When she saw me, she told the woman something and came towards me. I waited for her to get to me while she also smiles walking towards me. I looked behind her and noticed someone was following her.
    The person put on black outfit all through.
    And had a black face cap on which was covering his face. He walked behind her looking around at people. I guess he’s up to something. Stella didn’t notice this. She kept smiling looking at me. The guy dipped his hand into the inner of his jacket and brought out something. I was not able to see it clearly because the place was a bit dark and crowdy. He moved closer to her and it was then I know he’s trying to do something bad.
    I saw a sharp object and when he was about hurting her,I shouted her name but it was too late ”Stella watch out!” I said rushing towards her. Because we were a bit far from each other, before I could get to him, he had stabbed her with the object he was holding. As he tried to turn and flee, I got there and held his hand. He jacked off his hand from me and disappeared into the thin air.
    But I was able to remove the wrist watch he was putting on. People had gathered around the scene wondering what just happened. Stella went down slowly closing her eyes.
    I quickly moved to her side and she fainted in my arms. “Stella wake up please! Stella!” I shouted her name shaking her body.
    I touched her side and saw blood on my hand.
