The Love That Stood Like A Rock – Episode 13

 (GANG-LIM’S POV)

I and Young-Bae drove through the the heaven on earth called chairman Chun villa.
The place was really exotic, but I was not there for site seeing but for an emergency, for duty calls.
I throttled the bike driving in a very high speed like a maniac, with Young-Bae on the carrier.
Immediately I reached the gate of the villa, I was surprised that the gate stood ajar, which means, that they were long expecting us.
I rode in without any care in the world. Immediately we we drove in guards numbering in their fifties stood in a line, in preparation for a combat.
They were all in a black suit and spectacles looking quite tough.
     Then what Wang-Choi told me flashed in my mind, about the Chairman Chun, wanting me to fight my way into the building.
Well, I came prepared and so is Young-Bae, even I alone is enough to beat those fifty men  not to talk of when an equally strong and powerful aid like Young-Bae is available.
I had learnt the hard way when, I tried starting a mock fight with Young-Bae, back at his place to ascertain his strength  and to know, if he had What it takes to come with me. But I was dumbfounded because, our martial art skill was completely on par, without anyone beating each other.
He had later confided in me that his father was one time a martial art instructor, so he had learnt martial art, right from childhood.
  Well, we had a chance because, I knew the guards were all muscles and no brain, so they would be easily handles.
       Young-Bae jumped off the bike  while I continued riding towards guards.
     The guards attacked me and the fight clashed out.
I made a fast drive with my bike towards a guard, nearing him, I matched the brake pads in a full slam, pulling the front part of the bike in the process and released the clutch and the front tyre rammed into the guards face sending him staggering, while I zoomed past him.

Young-Bae had already swung into action, fighting like a demon possessed person. Breaking bones and knocking out the guards in the most grotesque way.
He drove a hook punch  at a guard  and that caught the guard in the chin drawing blood in the process, using the injured guard as a pivot, he jumped high into the air and landed a two legged dropkick at two approaching guards.
He made a forward roll on the same succession and made a feeble leap in the air, rendering a world asundering superman punch  at a guard. I could swear that the punch knocked the guard cold , as he summersaulted involuntarily in the air and landed motionless on the ground.
          I was still lost watching the scene of Young-Bae displaying his martial stunts, that I didn’t know when, i received a brain reformatting punch at my face that I nearly reeled off the bike, but I jumped off the moving bike and the guards numbering in their fifteen surrounded me.

Well, I never waited for them to attack me as I reciprocated the favor time around.
I made a tornado kick at one of them launching him out of the circle of men. I launched a double sweep kicks at a guard, who fell helpless to the ground. I rolled away immediately as the incoming guards attacked me with multiple triple kicks.
    I dodged, rolled, kicked, and punched, that I  a matter of minutes all the guards were on the ground.
I met my stop at the last guard, who I finished up, when I charged at him and arrowed  myself in the air striking him down with a side spear.

   
       (jIN-CHUN’S POV)

I was at the site out of my house, watching the fight that was going on.
Lee-Deok had excitedly ran out of the to join me in the balcony and had been jumping up and down in happiness and ecstasy, since she sighted Lee-Deok and Young-Bae.
    I never knew Young-Bae was really this strong  as I watched him make mince meat of the guards.
I have always known him as a quiet boy, who had no time for girls.
      After Gang-Lim, I would say he is the guy  I would like to date if my tussle with Gang-Lim doesn’t work out.
I just have this nagging feeling that I can never get GANG-LIM’S attention and love.

    (GANG-LIM’S POV)

Wow!! Wow!!
A voice resounded and I turned to aww an advanced man dressed in a military attire.
He looked ruby and very handsome and energetic for his age.
He looked familiar to me and in a flash I recognized him.

“This same show of strength displayal was the same thing Jim’s mother, saw in me that made her fall in love with me. Young man you are really a lion and I deem you overly fit for my daughter, including this badass friend of yours.”
He said his eyes gleaming in admiration for Young-Bae.

I could tell that at that instant that his eyes were more on Young-Bae, who showed more ruthlessness during the fight.
But i saw him stare out helplessly as her daughter already made a choice of me a long time ago and he could not stand in her way.

All this things he were saying were baldersh to me, this same picture of a man, who accused him publicly on the street of theft,exposing he and his mother to public ridicule, they left their only room homeless and in lack of shelter appeared in his minds eyes.
“So you were the man? So you were the man who made I ans my mother so miserable and pained?”
I said in anger as I suddenly attacked him.

(LEE-DEOK’S POB)

The next day In school I was walking down the hallway, when I felt a hand pull me into the restroom.
I swirled round uncontrollably and was about to the ground. When I felt a hand grab me by the waist to prevent me from falling.
I looked up and it Lim (Gang-Lim, that’s what I would be calling him henceforth)
In his attempt to prevent me from falling his hair fell across his eyes making him to look extremely cute.
He pulled me up and pinned me to the wall with his Noth hands placed on the wall and his face a bit over mine.
“HI princess.”
He said, smiling.
“And why do you have to do that? That’s not a gentleman’s attitude.”
I said.
“Never in the history of my life was I recorded a gentleman, but for your sake I might be one.”
“You really embarrassed me yesterday’s night.”
I said changing the discussion.
“Jinja (really!!) then I’m sorry, but I must confess I love your parents.”
He said and I couldn’t help but  have my cheek go pink in embrassment after I remembered what happened yesterday’s night.
“Oh!! Don’t be embarrassed it’s a great couples that still show affection to each other at their age should be envied, their love is really a pure and unadulterated one, like how ours would be in no distance time.”
He said and I couldn’t help but blush.
He looked into my eyes but all I could see from his cute gray eyes were affection and care that I couldn’t help but shiver underneath.
I can’t just wait for him to propose a second time, I’m falling madly for him.
“Lee-deok please, would you be my girlfriend?”
He said staring at me with his eyes pleading.
“Of course yes.”
I muttered out and he jumped up so excitedly and carried me off the ground turning me around the restroom so happily.
After some time, he dropped me and stared at me unbelievably as all I could do was smile  and he engulfed me in a tight hug as his strawberry  cologne filled my nose.
“I promise never to disappoint you, be the brother you never had, a sister you never had, I would have opted to equally mention a best friend for you.”
He said and I smiled staring at his lips  as he talked. All I could pray for was for him to kiss me right now, and to be frank this should be my first kiss if it occurs.
He looked at me me and I could feel his lips  drawing closer to mine and I couldn’t help it but tilt my head forward as my heart beat rose in crescendo, until our lips interlocked.

The kiss was a blast, as I kissed him as if my life depended on it, I closed my eyes savoring this heavenly feeling. This was the first of its kind for me.
I couldn’t let go as we kissed more deeply. Gosh!! His lips are so soft and juicy and to be frank, he kisses like a pro, only him knows how many girls that might have had this privilege.

We were still lost in the world of our own, when we heard the cracking of a voice and we turned and it was Young-Bae, shock was written all over his face, while Lim only smiled, while I looked at him without any shame.
He cleaned his eyes and said.
“Excuse me.”
Ans walked away walking back the next minute saying.
“Are you guys for real?”
He asked and I said
“Of course.”
And wrapped my hands around Lim’s neck and engulfed him in another round of kiss, but a short one to be precise.
When we turned he was no longer on the door , he was already long gone, both I and Lim couldn’t help but chuckle.

(YOUNG-BAE’S POV)

I can’t just believe what I saw in the restroom.
Is it that she have accepted him and they have even shared a kiss .
Are they dating or what?
This Lim is something else, so he succeeded in breaking that girl.
Im happy for them though, but for me I’m not ready for any relationship whatsoever now.
I muttered walking down the hallway.

(GANG-LIM’S POV)

I can’t just believe that she accepted me and we even shared a kiss.
The kiss was something else, as it shook my whole life.
God I’m so happy, I can’t just believe that this is happening right now.

Wang-Choi here I come.

I pulled her, as we walked hand in hand talking happily, as she was telling me things about her.
“There is something I wanna tell you.”
She said.
“What’s that dear?”
I asked softly.
“Do you actually know that you are my first kiss?”
She said and I looked at her a bit surprised.
“Actually for me you are the second, but I would call you the first one, because the girl actually kissed me without my permission.”
“But you kiss so well.”
She said not believing me.
“Neither do you kiss badly at all.”
I said grinning.

We were walking round the school environment, when i heard multiple voices shouting out from behind.
“Hey!! You, were are you going with her?”
I turned and it was Wang-Choi’s boys looking at me in disdain with their hands placed in their pockets in uniform.”
