    In a studio, Teniola was putting on a white bikini dress, the background of the studio was a beach, different pictures of Teniola was taken, She later changed into a yellow dinner gown, this time around she is making an advert on a shampoo together with some young models,She is the one holding the shampoo trying to advertise it to the young models and she was trying to show them her soft long black hair, telling them it was the shampoo that softened her hair, After some hours the shooting was over,She went out of the studio with two guards, as she came out, she was surprised to see Steve waiting for her outside with a flower in his hand, she walked past him but Steve grabbed her by her hand and said to the guards…

    Steve:Give us some minutes I want to talk to my babe(The guards move back)

    Steve:I miss you (No reply)Ok fine am sorry, I shouldn’t have got mad at you that day, I should have call to check on you, it’s all my fault and am sorry babe, am really sorry, you know how much I love you and I can’t just think about my life without you, I really miss you, Am sorry love, ok fine I will make it up to you, let’s have a nice time together in USA next week, let’s spend a week together please, I miss you

    Teniola: You are a jerk, you know?

    Steve:Of course I know, am sorry, atleast accept my apology first(Giving her the flower, She took it from him, smelling it she said)

    Teniola:It’s nice

    Steve:So are we cool now?

    Teniola:Like I have a choice

    Steve:Am sorry, so can I book the tickets?

    Teniola:Sure no problem (He kissed)Am going to my dad’s audition for the new production,hope you don’t mind going there with me?

    Steve:Sure but I need to rehearse, it’s ok anything for you, I will do that tomorrow, So shall we?

    Teniola:(Smile)Yeah!

    AT THE AUDITION

    Everything was set, A lot of people are sitting down outside waiting to be call in, Mofeoluwa is also part of those that are waiting, Suddenly cars drove in, while Mofe could hear some people wishpering to each others

    Lady:That is Teniola

    Guy:Who would have thought that she will be here, I just hope that am picked cause she do whatever she wants anyhow, Sacking people up and down

    Lady 2: I just pray that she should pick me

    Lady:Me too cause am scared oo

    Guy:That’s her boyfriend

    Lady: Oh that’s my crush Steve

    Lady2:Let Teniola hear you (They all keep shut the moment they saw her looking at thier side, Teniola’s eyes met Mofeoluwa’s eyes who was Staring at her but Mofe wasn’t really staring at her, he was just trying to think if she was the one who sacked Iremide, Teniola went in with Steve they saw an hefty man turning his back at them Making a phone call)

    Teniola:Hello(Trying to get his attention, He face both Teniola and Steve, he said)

    Man:Hi, You must be Teniola, I mean you are Teniola, am the new director and young lady, you came here so late and you were the one delaying us, nice time stick to your time, now can you please have your sit?

    Teniola:What?! (Surprised)D… Did you just talk to me right now?

    Director:The last time I checked your two ears are here, and it’s obvious that they are working, I said sit down

    Steve:Wait who the hell are you?

    Director:Oh you must be Steve, I am Ray, Director Ray, and you Steve, till I finish what am doing here, I want you to keep your mouth shut and don’t try to open your mouth to anything that will happen here today, I should have send you out but I won’t, so I will advise you to sit down over there and watch like a two years kid trying to learn some spellings, in short just watch and learn and you young lady, when the production start, don’t you ever think of coming late, so also you Steve and one more thing, Young man what you tried with the former director don’t try to do that with me or you gonna regret it, so can we get back to the business, Manager come and have your sit , someone should call in the first person when Miss Teniola find her seat(The director sat down with the manager waiting for Teniola to sit but both Teniola and Steve are still surprised, after some minutes they both sat down still in confusion though, Different candidates keeps entering but no one is ok for the director suddenly Teniola said)

    Teniola:Twenty two candidates came in here but still no one is ok for you, sorry what exactly is your problem cause to me they are all good

    Director: Firstly you met me in this game and I know who have passion for something from who doesn’t have any passion at all, one more thing before you speak to me next time, always try to check if senses are coming out from what you are going to say to me next time, How many people do we have outside please?(The director was talking to the guy that was calling in the candidates, while Teniola was so speechless so also Steve)

    Director:Ok call the next person (A fair lady came in)Whats your name?

    Lady: Emmanuel Joyce sir

    Director:And how old are you?

    Joyce:27 years sir (The director asked her different kinds of questions about her and later gave her a script to act on, She collected it and said with a lot of passion and action, according to the script she said..

    Joyce:How dare you, For real is this really you, I mean how can you forget everything, Remember everything Dele, Don’t do this to me, please, I.. (Director cut in and said)

    Director:Wait a minute young lady,Gbenga the last person that is outside is he a guy or a lady?

    Gbenga:A guy sir

    Director: Good let him in(Mofeoluwa came in while the director stare at him for some seconds and Mofe was confused on what is happening so also Teniola is surprised on what is going on and why would he be staring at him that way, the director smile and said)

    Director: Sorry for doing that, I just saw something in you, a great Actor, what’s your name

    Mofeoluwa:Adekola Mofeoluwa

    Director:Age?

    Mofeoluwa:28 years sir (The director asked him some other questions and later gave him a script to act with Joyce, And they both start to act according to the script)

    Joyce: Dele, Please remember the good times, those great memories we shared together, please give it a deep thinking (Trying to hold his hand)

    Mofe:Bola am sorry, you don’t get it, My dad won’t allow this relationship, Just try to be ok, am sure you will get a better man (Tears stream down on Joyce face)

    Joyce:No, No, No please, No better man than you, Please dele

    Mofe:Bola am sorry, Can’t you get it, I need to go, and I want you to forget me, because I will also forget you, Enjoy your life(He removed her hand from his clothes pushing her away to fall down, he walked away while Joyce kept on crying)

    Joyce:Dele, Dele please

    Director:Cut! (Both Joyce and Mofe move closer back to thier spots)Young lady have you been hurt before, something like break up or something?

    Joyce:Uhmmm, Yes sir!

    Director:Oh I see, I never knew that, but I just want you to know that you guys acted it very well, it was so real , that’s nice of you, Manager what do you think?
    Manager:Of course I really love this, I was almost in tears for the lady,it was really great

    Teniola:What? You call this acting, For real? Actually I can’t accept this and I have to report this to my Dad (The director stood up and said)You don’t need to call your Dad, everything that is happening here is on camera, Your Dad and your Dad Steve are watching us right now

    Teniola: What?!

    Director: So am sure they also love what they just acted, I picked them and the manager wants them and am sure your Dads are ok with them, even a day old baby will Know that these two acted well awhile ago and if you can’t see it, Get yourself a doctor, Mofe and Joyce, we will get back to you, Have a nice day everyone(He went out of the building with Gbenga while Joyce and Mofe followed, Manager also went out but Teniola was just surprised while Steve was just smilling in a surprise way, they both couldn’t believe what is going on that moment, that will be the first time

    Mrs Wunmi’s House, Mofe was explaining all what happened at the Audition to his mom, Kay and iremide

    Mrs Wunmi:What really is her problem?

    Mofe:I just don’t know, So arrogant, proud,rude,lack of manners, She is just too worst

    Kay:That girl must be having a problem, someone needs to teach her some lessons

    Mrs Wunmi:Am glad others accept you, am sure they will call you very soon, You just have to be very careful with her anytime you go back there

    Mofe:Yes mom, Am just glad that I performed it well

    Kay:That’s nice, I will have to go, I will get back at you bro

    Mofe:Ok bro, Thanks bro

    Kay:Yeah see you later(They shake hands while he kissed iremide’s head, he prostrated to Mrs Wunmi, he went out of the house, while Mrs Wunmi went inside to have some nap leaving Mofe and iremide alone in the living room, Iremide went in to serve Mofe his favourite food, They both ate together discussing while eating, After they had finished eating, Iremide packed in the plate to wash, While Mofe turned on the radio to listen to his program, Iremide later joined him but not to long she slept off on the chair while Mofe carried her in to his room, placing her gently on the bed, not too long he came back to the living to listen to his program,Not too long the presenter finished and said
    Presenter:And that is all about today’s topic, be expecting me next week on another new topic, don’t forget to listen to our program every weekends, one more thing, never lose hope in anything and no matter what happens to you in this life it is meant to be, It is written by God, we all just have to keeps on hoping for the good things in life, See you all next week and enjoy your weekend, i remain your loyal presenter Olamilekan Oladipupo, see you next week, Bye (The program finish but, Something caught Mofeoluwa’s attention from the presenter speech which is it is written, He stood up immediately and went inside his room to get a book and a pen, He came back to the dining to sit down and write, But before he put down anything, he said this over and over again that…

    I really was very scared and anxious as David left my house with Cassandra and officer Doris. I imagined the worst. I feared Edwin could easily take them all out and disappear with my son and money. Chinedu and my young sister had a tough time calming me down. Yes it really was a terrible moment for everyone.

    ‘’please God don’t let anything happen to them. Guide and protect them for me’’ I prayed earnestly. I just wasn’t myself all through as we all waited for them to return home and finally by 2:56pm, David’s car pulled up in front of the house, accompanied by a police truck.

    I instantly ran out to meet them with great fear. Yes I still feared the worst. I just couldn’t control my feelings and fears until I saw David alight from the car with Officer Doris who was carrying my son.

    I almost fell with joy as the great sight greeted me.

    ‘’here is your son, very strong and okay’’ Doris said with a smile as she handed over my son to me. Tears of joy and gratefulness fell from my eyes.

    ‘’Thank you. Thank you’’ I thanked her breathlessly, facing David who drew forward and hugged me as people gathered to witness the joyful scene.

    ‘’Edwin is dead. Cassandra is injured and currently being treated at a hospital. We no longer have anything to worry about. It’s finally you and I plus our son. The happy ending we always dream of is finally here. But it won’t be complete without me saying this’’ David said softly, breaking free from me while I watched him curiously, clueless of his intentions.

    ‘’things happened so fast these past few days and I know this shouldn’t be the right time to say this but I want the whole world to know how much I love you. I want everyone to help plead on my behalf. I couldn’t get a ring to offer you right now but a ring is nothing but an object. Our bond and love comes from the heart, soul, spirit and destiny. Please will you marry me?. I won’t stand up till you say yes’’ he suddenly proposed, knelt down and buried his head on my waist, leaving me totally stunned.

    I couldn’t believe my ears. I just couldn’t believe it was all happening.

    Chinedu, Officer Doris, her colleagues and even my sister all started begging me to say yes as if they already planned the whole show before coming over to my house. I truly felt a bit embarrassed and excited at the same time.

    ‘’oh David you never needed all these drama for me to marry you. Of course I will marry you. Yes I accept’’ I breathed delightfully.
    The whole crowd screamed ‘’yes, yes, yes’’, clapping for us.
    Oh it was such a wonderful moment.

    David’s side of the story,
    As narrated by David

    I never planned proposing to Nora till we arrived at her house that fateful afternoon. Something just struck me to cash in on the opportunity, make my feelings for her public and equally propose to her even though I had no ring with me.

    I simply threw away my fears and pride, everything as I knelt down to propose to her and everyone present kind of lent me their support and I felt on top of the world. I never knew the police could even be so friendly or romantic. Could you believe It was an officer who first shouted ‘’yes’’ before others joined him to scream the word when Nora accepted my proposal.

    conclusion

    A month later I married Nora in a quiet ceremony with few friends attending, including Val who never allowed me to rest until Nora and I narrated the different versions of our story to him.
    Chinedu on the other hand proposed to Jessica during my wedding ceremony and hopefully they will be getting married this December.

    As for Cassandra I never heard from her till this day. I pray she finds true love again. And as for my bachelor friends, please always use your head when searching for love. Sometimes your one true love is by the corner looking at you while you desperately chase over nothing a mile away.

    Love has many definitions, so dear friends chose wisely.

    ‘’remember; don’t act nervously before the dude. We will cooperate with him until we have the baby with us. Back up is close by, so we have nothing to fear’’ officer Doris advised as we alighted from my car to see Edwin heading towards us with two men. One of them was carrying my child. The other was holding a small gun. Edwin wasn’t armed with a gun but had a small knife strapped to his waist.

    They approached us cautiously, scanning us with their eyes.
    ‘’finally we meet again Mr. David. Mmmm your wife’s cousin is cute. She is even prettier than her sister we met last night.’’ He smiled as he left his eyes on Officer Doris’s breasts for some seconds.

    ‘’so back to business; Here is your son’’ he suddenly said, shifting his attention back to me as he nodded to the guy with my child, who quickly drew forward and handed me my son who was probably too scared or tired to cry or acknowledge me.

    I carried my boy with great happiness but the joy of having him back never made me lose focus for a moment. Of course I was expecting the worst from Edwin and had to be vigilant.
    Ordinarily, I would have handed over the child to Doris, since I claimed she was there to help take care of him but I couldn’t because I knew she simply was waiting for the right opportunity to pull her gun on Edwin.

    Luckily Edwin didn’t notice that I held onto my son instead of handing him over to Doris. Perhaps he didn’t notice because his attention quickly went to Cassandra.

    ‘’My dear Cassandra; I told you that you can never escape from me. Here we are together once again. Come forward my dear, bring the money along’’ he said to Cassandra who nervously grabbed the bag of money we came with and walked towards him.

    ‘’give him the money to sort out’’ he ordered Cassandra as she got closer to him, giving a sign to the guy that brought my son, who quickly grabbed the bag from Cassandra, opened it and busied himself counting the naira notes.
    I breathed nervously as I watched on, so scared of what could happen next.

    ‘’give me a hug my dear. You don’t know how much I missed you’’ he softly said to Cassandra, spreading his hands for an embrace. Cassandra dutiful embraced him, but then shocked us by pulling the knife on his waist with great swiftness, pushed the knife through his ribs and sending him backwards with great shock.

    ‘’you witch’’ he cursed as he staggered backwards, trying to pull out the knife at the same time.
    Unfortunately for him, Officer Doris instantly cashed in on the opening, pulled out her gun and first sent down the armed guy who was just so confused to react with a well aimed shot that sent him down, giving him no chance to get up ever again.

    Another quick shot from Doris found Edwin’s chest, sending the strong dude down. He fell like a wounded elephant, gasping for breath.

    Only the third guy who was counting the money was able to escape because he instantly took to his heels as soon as he heard the first gunshot from Doris, and perhaps God just felt like giving him a second chance to life.

    But as Officer Doris, closed in on Edwin to probably secure him, a gunshot rang out from the abandoned building, sending everyone down as we ducked a rain of bullets that came after the first shot.

    ‘’I hope the child is safe?’’ Doris asked me from where she hid. I nodded. She turned to Cassandra who unfortunately was lying down as if she was dead.
    I gasped with disbelief. I never knew she was hit.

    ‘’I can’t take out the dude firing from the building. He is firing with a long range riffle. I think he is trying to cover Edwin but he is just stupid because Edwin is totally immobilized. Cassandra is hit. I pray the backup team comes in quick’’ Officer Doris said to me over the sound of the raging bullets which flew across our heads without stopping for a minute.

    Luckily for us, about fifteen police trucks soon closed in with their sirens blazing, armed policemen quickly surrounded the building in a commando fashion, taking out the sniper who was either under the influence of drugs or simply too stupid to know when to give up.

    In no time, the whole place was secured. I had my son back. I was unhurt but Cassandra paid for it with a bullet which went through her left arm.

    Edwin was cold before anyone could even think of helping him.

    I knew it,i knew my mom had her own plans of coming to my house ,i looked at selena in her nighties ,she boobs were standing firm and pointing through the night gown she was wearing ,she saw looking extremely sexy her shape was more visible her slender legs and full hips ,what kind of nightie is this i could see almost all her body she am 100% percent sure shes not wearing pant ,my eyes went back to her boobs and she quickly used her hands to cover them

    “Pervet”she muttered and we lay back ,this is going to be a really long night

    “Mr kings i think you should sleep on the floor ,i really have bad sleeping habbit when am not on my own bed” she said

    “What i should sleep on the floor in my house ,you must be joking selena ,why dont you sleep on the floor”i replied back

    “I might get sick” she answered but i dint reply her back ,soon i heard her snoring gently and i was beginning to sleep when i felt something landed on my d**k it was selena’s leg and i yelled in pain and placed my hand there
    Selena woke up immediately she heard me shout

    “Selena you have killed me “i yelled and when she saw where my hand is she knew what she did

    “Oops sir am sorry but i told you “she said and i glared at her angrily

    “Should i massage it “she said quietly and i gave her a deadly glare

    “WTF are you serious right now selena”i yelled at her and she kept mute

    I carried all the pillow and create a huge fence between us and we slept off

    i woke up early and selena was laying upside down with her legs in the air she does really have a bad sleeping habit i entered the bathroom and did my business when i came out selena was no more there and the bed was now neatly arranged

    and i began preparing for work not without remembering last night and laughing part of me keeps telling me that she did it intentionally

    Last night was really something else ,i woke up when i heard noise in the bathroom i qickly arranged the bed and opened the door and it opened ,i went downstairs kate was preparing breakfast and she asked me to go prepare for work
    Soon i was done i head out and kate told me donald left already ,i head out and kate called me back
    “Take this is donald meal make sure you give him “she said and handed me a flag ,kate arranged my hair properly before i left
    I arrived at the company and many workers kept asking which i answered politely
    Donald did not sent for me through out ,it was lunch time i took the food to his office and knocked and he asked me to come in

    “Sir i brought lunch”i said and his eyes light up immediately

    “How am i sure you didnt put anything in the food taste it”he said and i did

    “Sir i need to see a doctor now and i wont be back till evening can i go”i asked and he nodded

    Well i have gathered some money that i could go for treatment, i took the adress dr lucas gave me

    I arrived at the hospital and i was directed to the doctors office i knocked and went in and my jaw dropped immediately DANNY

    It was already evening ,the maids were serving us dinner and jihook was sitting close to me,we all ate in silence ,,soon w were done ,jihook dad went upstairs while his mom ,i and jihook went to the sitting room to watch movie
    “Jihook can you go to your room please,i need to speak with shina privately” his mom said and he stood up and left

    “Nothing,you are just to lazy wait let me open it”I went to the door and tried but the door refused to open it seems it was locked from outside ,,so so am going to be sleeping with jihook today

    I cant sleep here today ,not with shina she must not know my secret,but who must have locked us in ,,,am so doomed today

    ME and shina the same bed this is terrible

    Those two think they are smart ,i know they dont sleep together ,,am sure she dose not know jihook secret,,and if this relationship has to work she must know his secret,,,i know shina is a smart girl but she still needs some help ,i know the best way is to make them sleep in the same room
    I wish they could just have babies already

    He smiled at Lucy again.”Mind if I take you home for the night?” He asked.
    His friends laughed surprisely but he ignored them.
    Lucy turned her face to look at Ryan.”Sorry but I don’t go out with boys.
    Go forward and pick your size.” Lucy replied bluntly and Ryan came down from the car, resting against it.
    “Come on…I will pay you a large amount of money. I’ve got plenty of it here right now.” Ryan said, nodding towards the car.
    Lucy looked at the car and back to Ryan.
    “Where is the money?” Lucy asked.
    Ryan looked at her for a long moment before turning around and bending over the window.
    He took a large bundle of money from his bag in the car,and turned around again, waving the money in front of Lucy.
    “Here it is.” He said, handing it over to her.
    Lucy took the money, bringing it close to nose and inhaling the scent.
    She smiled and followed him.
    She entered the front seat and Ryan closed the car door going around to enter the driver’s seat.
    They zoomed off and got to Ryan’s house 30 minutes later.
    His friends worked in an oil company in Abuja.
    They come by weekends at Ryan’s house to have a good time e together.
    Ryan had insisted they stopped bringing different girls to his house but they would not listen.
    He couldn’t do anything…they all grew up together.
    “Yes,yes,yes girls! We’re here!” Benson announced as they all came inside the large living room.
    Ryan and his friends left the girls in the living room,going to the kitchen to get some drinks from the deep freezer.
    Benson’s girl whose name was Sofia looked at Lucy as she say down, looking around.
    “We are as equally beautiful as you and even educated as you see us so but why is it that it’s you our dream guy picked this night?”
    Temmy,the other girl hissed too.” Don’t you know about juju my dear? Maybe she used it on him because Ryan would never pick up a girl no matter what? Why is this night different?”
    Lucy looked and them and stood up.” Did I just here you say you are equally beautiful as I am?
    Stop deceiving yourself,babes. You do not even meet up with my standard.”

    “Try it.” She said with a hard voice.” I will make sure an ambulance will be ordered for you here,right now!”
    Lucy threatened and the girls hissed going back to sit down when they saw the guys coming.
    “Okay okay,we are here with refreshments” Felix said,going over to his babe as they kissed.
    Lucy looked around the house. It was magnificent.
    It looked like a palace. She looked at the girls whom were also staring at her with hatred but she ignored them.
    Felix sat down with his girl, kissing her as they laughed.
    She layed on him on the couch and Ryan looked away, sitting down.

    “What would you like to take?” Ryan asked Lucy who looked around.

    “I don’t want anything. Let’s just get into business.” Lucy said as Ryan looked at her, nodding.
    “Guy,go upstairs and let me see road na.” Ryan said to Felix who laughed and stood up with the girl.
    They laughed as they went upstairs to a room.
    Ryan looked at Lucy again.” Relax.” He told her.
    Lucy kept mute. Ryan stood up and took her hand, leading her upstairs.
    They got into his bed room and he changed out of his cloth.
    He took a quick shower and wore his pyjamas.
    Lucy stood up from where she was sitting and entered into the bathroom too.
    She had a quick bath and tied a white towel around her chest.
    It showed off all her laps as she came out. Ryan was already sitting on the bed,his back rested against the pillow and the wall.
    Lucy walked sexily to him and started climbing the bed.
    Ryan did not move. He stared at her as she got to him and started opening the buttons on his cloth.
    He closed his eyes and felt his heart thumping.
    As she was about unbuttoning the last button, Ryan opened his eyes a d caught her hand.”Wait.”
    Lucy looked at him, confused and wondering why he was holding her.
    “What’s wrong?” She asked carelessly.
    “Sit down first. We need to talk.” Ryan said, amusing her the more.

    Lucy laughed.” Sit down? Talk? What are we going to talk about?”
    Ryan looked at her and started buttoning back his shirt. Lucy sighed,amazed.
    “Like I said before,we need to talk.” Ryan said again.
    “Well Mr Man,I don’t talk. What I do is business…night business.
    I’ve got nothing to talk to you about or do you think I allowed you pick me up so we could sit down all night and talk?
    Let’s get down to business.” Lucy said, coming closer again.
    “Why are you doing this?” Ryan threw the question at her and Lucy stopped.
    It threw her off balance. She moved backwards allowing her buttocks to hit the bed floor across her legs.
    “What type of question is that?” She asked.
    “I mean…why is an Angel like you into this type of thing? Why ..why are you selling your body out to men?
    To different men?” Ryan asked again,his voice laced with concern.

    She tried to blink back the tears that threatened to fall out and stop her voice from quivering but she failed.

    “The very moment I saw you…I saw something that drew my attention. I’m not the type that picks up prostitute from the road side.
    If not for my friends who forced me to drop them off…you wouldn’t have met me there. Just why are you doing this to yourself?
    It’s not going to lead you anywhere good. You are going to end up in one problem or the other if you continue like this.
    You are a beauty…..I’m sure you were created for something more than this… something valuable than this.
    Why…why not give yourself that chance?”
    Lucy slowly looked up at Ryan and the tears she had been trying to blink back,came down in a rush, pouring out from her eyes as she stared at Ryan.
    She tried looking away from the concern in his eyes but she only stared on. She had this desirable urge to stand up and run out of the room and never looking back.
    But her body seemed it had been paralyzed as her system refused to function.
    In all her 22 years on Earth…. someone just… told her…the truth…???……
