“I want to go back to Nigeria to do the legal things through the help of the lady ” I said

“what about my baby and my girlfriend? ” I asked
“how sure are you if the baby is alive? “
“I’m very sure and she’s the only one that makes me happy ” I said
“I’ll permit you to go to Nigeria but under one condition ” she said
“aunt I’m ready to do anything you want “
“I’ll allow you to go to Nigeria after one year and six months ” she said
“no aunt it’s too far” I said
“not at all, I want your safety, I want the best for you as the only survivor of my brother, I can’t allow mere emotion wipe you off from this earth ”
“I know you love me and wants the best for me but let me fight for my happiness “
“Donald I can’t let you go so soon maybe I won’t be able to trace you again and I’ll not forgive myself if anything happens to you ”

Even if I try to forget about Anita, I think about the baby, Mary and her secret. I’ve got many things to solve if only my aunt will permit me.
I sunk to the bed thinking of what to do, my aunt changed my phone and everything so that I won’t be able to reach anyone except friends from SA.

(Lina’s POV)

(Donald’s POV)
I was so happy when Lina came to me, I couldn’t believe the story she told me about how she came to south Africa.
I know her too well to be a friend to Mary and Bella, I’m sure she knows my sister Flora.
“do you know Flora?”
“you mean late Flora? ” she asked

“that’s the alternative and thanks for taking care of Anita and my little princess, maybe it’s time for me to pay you back ” I said
She smiled “when should I come? ” she asked
“don’t worry I’ll pick you up tonight ” I said
“how do you know where I live ”

“really but please don’t try anything funny cause Akin is smarter so let me come myself ” she said

“tell him I’ll join him in no time and thank your creator that you came up with a good excuse ” I said

“she’s healthy” I said and bang the door on her without waiting to hear further from her.
I don’t know why she just disgust me always and I’ve been trying my best not to be rude.
I brushed my teeth before joining Timothy, He opened his mouth wide when he saw me.
“what is the matter? ” I asked wondering why he had to look me that way.
“your beauty has been increasing everyday, you’re not the noisy Anita I know “

I laughed hard and took her away, I ordered for my private jet and before dawn we were at South Africa.

She began to cry “my dear cry as you can and make sure you finish your tears and that of the baby so that you’ll never cry and your baby will never cry also” I said and walked away.
I strolled out, I’ve been crushing on a guy in our street but it seems he doesn’t notice me. I wore a yellow skirt and a white top which looks perfect on me.
When I saw the guy I changed my walking step, another guy whom I so much hate approached me in the presence of my Prince charming.
“hello please I want to talk to you ” he said, I ignored him but he kept on following me and went ahead to stop me from walking.
hat do you want from me? ” I shouted to attract my crush’s attention.
“I need just one thing from you and please don’t say no” he pleaded.
“what is that? ” I asked angrily.
“your phone number ” he said, I gave him to free myself.
Few step away I received a call from unknown source which I knew was the guy but I refused to pick, he kept on calling I got tired and picked.
“what is your problem? ” I asked angrily
“actually is not what you were thinking, I don’t want to tell you in the presence of those guys ” he said

My dad is a South African while my mum is a Nigerian, I lost the both of them just a day on a ghastly motor accident leaving I and my sister Flora in the hands of my father’s caring sister.
Aunt Malaika has always been there for me, Flora was the one who chooses that we school in Nigeria which aunt Maliaka tried her best until the untimely death of my sister which happened two days after I came to visit her in Nigeria, though I also schooled in Nigeria before leaving for South Africa. I stayed in Nigeria to fight for my sister not knowing things will be critical.
My aunt a zoologist is a wealthy lady that works at Kruger National Park at Limpopo province in northeastern South Africa, one of the greatest game reserve at South Africa.

For my Anita I missed her so much, I wonder if she is safe or what she might be going through cause I’m not there to stand by her.

I know I’ve wronged Lina but I still love her and I need a woman in my life, I’ve gone wrong but
I just want to make things right with her beside Lisa my daughter likes her and Lisa needs a mother.
I watched her through the mirror as I drove to our usual park where she likes having fun, I’ve dropped Lisa there earlier to have fun so I wants to pick her.
“do you remember here” I asked pointing at the place where we had our first k*ss “yeah I do and I don’t want to think about it” she said
I expect worse though but I still love my woman, she has soft heart so taking her away from Timothy ain’t difficult at all.
“are you sure you don’t want to think about it? ” I teased
“yeah” she answered looking away.
“but that’s one of the best day of your life ” I teased.
She still ignored, I know Lina so well and i know how to tackle things.
“how I wish I recorded the video of that day, that was your first k*ss but not mine” I said

(Lina’s POV)
I looked at him in disgust, does he thinks I’ll allow him into my life again? That’s the last thing I’ll ever do cause my heart is occupied.
“daddy!!! ” his daughter shouted running towards him after he has packed his car.
“daddy she looks beautiful and perfect ” she said referring to me, I wonder what the two has discussed.
“Lisa, so you can’t say hi to me” I said
“I’m sorry ma’am, I’ve missed daddy, guess what? ” she said looking at the both of us.
“you both looks perfect on red and white, Sandra there thought it was my mum ” she said that was when I realized I was putting on the same color of dress with him.
I was pretty angry cause his daughter, she’s just too hyperactive.
We got to their house, Lisa began to cry that she was hungry, I prepared meal for her and bathe her.
Later she slept off in my arms, Akin took her to her room and came back to me.
“you see why I still need you? You can see that we are destined for each other ” he said
I watched him feeling disgusted “it seems you don’t know what’s going on, I an Timothy’s fiancée. You are my past” I said looking away.
He sat beside me and rub my back “Lina I know you are angry and you are right to be angry, I love you, even when I was with Lisa’s mother I was still thinking of you. She seduced me and said she was pregnant that was why I married her. It was all a mistake ” he said
“huh? You called that a mistake? Akin you’re married though divorced but your wife is still alive, you can mend things instead of whining yourself. As for me I’m okay without you ” I said
“Lina I don’t believe you, I know you so much love me and will find it hard to say no” he said
“you would have think that way before messing up with your Mrs Oyinbo, I’m not the Lina you use to know. I love those who love me and I don’t take my feelings for granted. How am I even sure if I can live with you when all this Oyinbo that makes good lovers ran away from you? ” I asked sarcastically.
“it’s because you’re the one I love, let me show you something ” he said
He went inside and came back with a golden necklace I gave him, that was the first gift my grandma gave me, she told me to give it to give it to the one I love most that I’m the one she love most and it was given to her by someone.
“Lina if I don’t love you what will I be doing with this, I’ve kept it safe and away k*ss it before going out ” he said
I was moved, I so much love grandma and keep her word, I also respect those who respect her, tear drop down my eyes.
“I know I’ve gone wrong but we can still make things right, this house needs a woman that is capable to be called mother, imagine how Lisa likes you and I do ” he said
I stood up, he came very close to me as if he wants to hug me, he whispered to my ears “please think about it” he said

(Anita’s POV)
I remembered I once called my sister using his phone so kept my bag with a friend called Alicia and headed for my sister’s house.
Luckily for me I met her at home, I was already tired of crying, my nose were filled and my eyes were reddish already.
As if she knew I was not okay, she yeild when she saw me “what happened? “
I busted into another version of uncontrollable tears, she calmed me down and demanded for explanation.
“I’m in trouble ” I said still crying
“what happened to you and stop crying big sister is here for you ” she cheered
“I don’t think you can solve this but nevertheless I believe I can get something from you. Did you saved the number I used in calling you the day you have issue with your husband? ” I asked
“I wanted to even ask you how comes you know him” she said, I was shocked but I summoned courage to speak.
“you know him too? ” I asked
“not reall” she answered aching her brows, I suspected something but I don’t know what exactly was that.
“tell me what you know about him cause he doesn’t know you ” I said
“he is a poor brat that has something to do with Flora, you know that girl likes helping people so I don’t know their connections but I collected his phone number when we were at the hospital waiting for her” she said
“you’re really confusing me, Donald is Stinky rich and you just call him a poor brat? ” I asked
“what we’re you even doing with him? ” she asked angrily though I was confused why she was angry but I couldn’t ask.
“he was my boyfriend ” I said
“thank God you said, he was and not he is cause you can never be the boyfriend of that poor dangerous human ” she said
“stop all this, I’m pregnant for him and dad sent me away ” I blurted out
“you lie” she said
I was wandering why she said it was a lie. “I’m serious, I’m pregnant for him” I said
“well I’m not upset that you have start having s*x with Donald but the truth is that he is not responsible for it, maybe some other guys you slept with are responsible ” she said
“I’m serious, he is the only one I know and I we did it just once” I said
“my dear I still call you a liar, Donald doesn’t release inside a lady no matter how you drug him, he is smart in that aspect so don’t tell me story” she said
“what!!! So you’ve been sleeping with him? ” I asked
“if you mention rubbish like that I’ll slap you and send you out of my house you shameless fool, how will I be sleeping with him when I’m married? “
“how do you know about his s*xual life if you haven’t done several practicals together? ” I retorted.
She slapped me hard, “one more word from you I’ll send you out of my house, I will give him a call now so that you will hear it yourself ” she said.
(Donald’s POV)
I was at the living room watching movie, I’ve gotten all I wanted as proof against David because I can’t just accuse him.
I stole one if the guys paper where they sign to work with David, he went on the operation with them.
I’ve been living with the guys for months, I was so happy cause my plans is to leave early in the morning.
My phone rang I checked the caller ID, it was Martin, I prayed within me that he has a good news about Anita.
“cool guy what’s up ” he greeted
“I’m okay, how is everything going? “
“cool as you just that your stupid girlfriend came here with her father claiming you impregnate her, you need to see how I deny her because I know you are too sharp in that aspect” he said
“what? What do you mean that in too sharp? ” I asked angrily
“of cause, I know you don’t c*m in ladies so I believe she was just trying to set you up ” he said
“please I hate rubbish, Anita is carrying my baby though I didn’t expect her to be pregnant but I’m responsible ” I said
“you be mumu guy o, what has she done to you? Abi she give you piss drink? “
“I’m begging you, I love that girl. In short don’t worry I’m coming tomorrow, I might have caused her a lot”
“ehehehehyou want to show up at tomorrow?” he asked.
“no yesterday ” I answered sarcastically.
We were still speaking when I got a call from Bella, I held Martin’s call and picked her own cause I know she might have something to tell me about Anita.
“what have you done to Anita? ” she asked.
I wanted to speak when Micheal came into the house handcuffed accompanied by the police.
“do not move” they said to me.
“I am inspector Shehegun from….. ” one of the police men was speaking when the other one interrupt.
“no need for introduction he is also a criminal and he is under arrest ” he said moving to my side with handcuff.
I was handcuffed with the rest of the guys and taken away.
(Bella’s POV)
“you set me up I must say, you know Donald and you’ve been sleeping with him, why did you add me to the game? ” Anita said crying
I slapped her and she reciprocated with a resounding one, I find it hard to believe she slapped me back.
“you’ve done enough, now leave my house ” I said pointing at the door.
“I’ll leave but it I get to know you have hand in this I’ll never forgive you in my life” she said and leave.
“Anita will you come back here” I shouted but she left.
My heart began to pound at the mention of never forgive, I love Anita and I never pray for us to become enemies.
I dialed Donald’s number again but he refused to pick then I text him.

(Donald’s POV)
“why not show me your house then we get to know more about ourselves ” she said to me, Anita is a talk active, she looks innocent but I doubt if she is really innocent.
“uhmmm, okay, I’ll take you to my house but not today” I said I know if she gets to my house she might see my sister’s photo and might end up knowing her.
“why not today? You’ve been trying your best to gain my attention and I finally gave you my attention, now you’re saying not today? ” she asked in a serious tune, if only she knows why I want her, she’d have fled.
“okay no problem, I’ll take you to my house today, to prove it let’s go Now” I said pulling her, she smiled and carry her bag.
“oh my God you have car too? ” she asked, I know she’d like it if she knows I’m rich, I disguise myself as a poor guy that was why her sister left me even after our agreement that if she gets married to me I’ll never expose her.
“yeah, it’s my car” I said
I opened the door for her to enter as my lady, I have to play the gentleman role.
We got to my house where I lived with my sister before she died, I quickly excused myself that I want to check the borehole at the back, I followed through the back door to the living room where I took all my sister’s photo largely placed on the wall, I hide it in a safety place.
I went back to her “sorry for keeping you ” I said, she smiled, I helped her to carry her bag to the living room.
“wow your house looks perfect and awesome. ” she said looking every part of the house.
“yeah ” I said, I brought glass and juice for her.
“feel free” I said, I excused myself to go and dress.

(Anita’s POV)
“oh my God this must be a God sent husband, I’ve been keeping myself for the chosen one and thank God he is here” I thought to myself.
The guy is not just cute but wealthy, I love everything about him and I can go extra mile for his sake.
“hope you’re enjoying the atmosphere ” he said while coming down from the stairs.
He wore a white sleeveless dress that exposed his chest, his chest was hairy and very good looking.
“yeah I’m cool here. ” I said.
He walk straight and say beside me, he touched my skin softly and I jumped up.
“I’m so sorry dear, I mean no harm, just wanted to give you a message ” he said
“please I don’t like it, at least let get to know about each other” I said
“okay your wish is my commandment ” he said and I laughed.
“so what does this queen of mine wants to know about me? ” he asked
“anything you can tell me” I said
“I don’t lie and I don’t want to tell you anything about me now until I get to know about you ” he said
“huh? You’re strange but I’m covered” I said
He laughed “strange? Covered with what? ” he asked
“with the blood of Jesus of cause, do you think I’m over carried away? I was only attracted to your cute face, had it been you were ugly I’d have insulted you at the eatery ” I said
“oh my God, you’re too straight forward, must you say whatever you think? ” he asked
“of cause I must say, I don’t like keeping things to myself, I’m plain” I said
“wow I like your confidence the truth is just that if I have been plain I’d have been dead by now ” he said
“would you like to share it with me? ” I asked
“no, never, I don’t want to confuse or divide your brain. Should I ask you about something? ” he said
“sure you can ask whatever you want ” I said
“what will you do if you love to people in your world and one of the two killed the other? ” he asked.
“that’s terrible, very terrible. You said the two people you love in your world? ” I asked
“yeah ” he answered
“the main thing there is to forgive cause if you revenge you loose, I mean you’ll loose the two people and become a sadist” I said
(Donald’s POV)
I ran to the bathroom to wipe my tears, I don’t want her to see my tears.
When I came back to the living room her eyes were fixed on me.
“that’s the hell I’m facing now and I w want to love another person in my world again which is you” I said pointing at her.
“are you for real or you’re gaming? ” she asked
“I’m for real” I said opening my arms wide, she came for a hug, I felt her heart beats faster.
She turned her back on me immediately I hug her and ran away, I tried to follow her but she was too fast.

(Lina’s POV)
“good morning Mr Timothy ” I said in a cold voice.
“good morning dearest how was your night, hope you slept well ” he said
Now I know what Mary was saying, Timothy has feelings for me but he would not admit.
“you look good this morning ” he complement
“oh thank you” I answered, I’d dressed the way Mary had showed me. She must be an awesome kind of person.
I took a plastic bucket to go and fetch water cause the chairs looks dusty but he stopped me.
“why can’t you send me instead of stressing yourself? ” she asked
I smiled and gave him the bucket, when he left I took a mirror from my bag to admire myself, I took my power foam to rearrange the powder on my face.
Soon he came back with the bucket of water, “hope I didn’t spend much of your time? ” he asked
“no not at all ” I said.
After cleaning the whole place I took my book to draft out the activities when he came back again.
“no beauty don’t stress Yourself, I’ll do it for you ” he said collect the pen from me, I’ve never imagined Timothy being so kind to me like that.

(Timothy’s POV)
I’m beginning to be convinced about what Mary said, Lina loves me but she wouldn’t admit.
She has been behaving like cold water and smiling at me ever since she came.
Since she loves me then I must reciprocate besides, she is a cute looking hardworking lady, my mum will like her for that.
A friend of mine invited me for a dinner party, I will invite her too.
I went to my office and searched for the invitation card, I went to her with it.
“please don’t say no to me” I said

(Lina’s POV)
Immediately he pleaded that I shouldn’t say no to him I thought he wants to propose.
I almost lost my conscience cause I’ve never thought of a guy proposing to me again.
Sad for me, he brought out a card. “I’ll personally come to your house to take you there” he said
“okay then ” I said partially disappointed
“thank you very much” he said
I faked a smile, I don’t have time for runs.
