‘There is no way in this miserable world that I’m going to wear this!’ I shouted as I walked out of the dress room. Vana and Tia took me shopping for bikinis, they were both selecting things they know I will never wear.

‘Sister Mary,’ Tia sighed. ‘It’s just bikinis.’

‘Stop calling me that,’ I snapped and held my exposed cheeks. ‘My ass is exposed, look!’ I turned around and showed them.

‘Oh, this is bad,’ Vana chuckled.

       ‘You think!’ I exclaimed.

‘Chill baby doll,’ Tia laughed. ‘So what will you wear? Choose yourself.’

‘Thank you,’ I picked up the robe and slipped it on. I walked back into the main store and began my search, I fortunately found one that I would be comfortable in. I walked back to them and waved my selected outfit. They shrugged.

       ‘You sure?’

‘Vana, it still looks sexy in her own kind of way,’ Tia smiled. ‘That way she will standout.’

‘Won’t she look like a creep?’

‘Who cares,’ Tia and I said simultaneously.

‘You haven’t bought yours,’ Tia reminded.

‘She has a whole box of them,’ I giggled. Vana winked at me. I rolled my eyes.

‘So, how’s your relationship with my brother going?’

‘Great so far, we are going on a date tomorrow evening.’

‘That’s nice,’ she smiled. ‘When you are at it, convince him to let Jace date me,’ we arched a brow at her. ‘I love him.’ She whined.

‘Better start loving someone else because it will be over his dead body,’ I said as a matter-of-fact.

‘He has to accept….’ She trailed off and stared into space. I looked at Vana with a knowing smirk, she wiggled her brows and giggled along with me. ‘What?’ She asked paying attention to us.

       ‘Nothing,’ I drawled laughingly.

‘Come on, tell me,’ she pleaded.

‘How many times have Jace hammered you inside his car?’ Vana asked smirking slyly. Tia choked on her saliva, she began coughing violently while we stared at her teasingly.

‘What… What are you talking about?’ She gasped out. I shrugged and looked at Vana.

       ‘Babe, what are talking about?’

‘I don’t know,’ she stroke her chin cheesily. ‘I think it’s about a certain friend of ours who is dating her older brother’s Casanova friend behind his back….’ Tia’s face went pallid.  ‘What do you think he would say if he finds out?’

‘I….I…I don’t… Don’t…’ She gulped. ‘You are both talking nonsense.’ She said stammeringly. We laughed and shook our head.

‘How long have you been dating him secretly? Tatiana, this is huge.’

‘I’m not dating Jace!’ She cried distraughtly, her face turning pink this time. I wiggled my nose and smirked. ‘Fine! I’m dating him! So what?!’

       ‘So what?’ Vana asked gigglingly.

‘Is it a crime to be in love? Is it a crime if I date my bro’s friend!’

‘If it wasn’t so much of a crime, then why are you both hiding?’ I asked still maintaining my smirk. She sighed and sat down.

‘He’s going to find out eventually, you know that, right?’ Vana asked softly, Tia nodded. ‘Then you must also know that you are going to ruin their friendship and his face, right?’

‘I wasn’t left with an option,’ she murmured.  ‘After Ace made my boyfriend dump me, Jace was the only one there for me, he made me happy and gave me a shoulder to lean on. As time started going on, I started liking him so I convinced him to date me behind Ace’s back.’

‘How does Jace feel about this?’ Vana asked calmly.

‘Terrible, very terrible. We have been dating for two months now.’

‘So he’s your rebound guy,’ I said knowingly. She opened her mouth to argue but shut it back because nothing came out.  ‘Tia, what do you two do when alone? What do you two talk about?’

‘Mostly how stupid my ex is and mostly have sex, why?’ Vana shook her head and chuckled.

       ‘Does he comment?’ She asked.

‘Yeah, he’d easy to talk to.’

‘Have he ever said he loves you? Have you told him that either?’ She looked at her shoes. ‘How long do you two plan on using yourselves?’ I asked going to sit with her.

‘We aren’t u…’ I took her left hand and drew a heart on her palm with my index finger. She watched me carefully.

‘You only talk about your exes and all their problems, you confide in each other and then conclude the meeting by stressing the bed,’ I looked her in the eyes. ‘Tell yourself the truth Tatiana Davison, are you both dating?’ Her mouth slightly parted as she stared at my face nonplussed.  ‘Look deep and reply that question.’ I stood up and went back to my bag.

‘Do you have all you need?’ Vana asked. I nodded, she packed up what I chose and walked out. ‘Follow or stay!’ She shouted to Tia, she’ll be fine.

After that, we went to the place I used to work, Savannah insisted because she wanted to see Odyn. The other girls were all jealous when I walked in with Tatiana Davison, sister to Ace. You should have seen the way I was being murdered in their heads. We bought fried salmon before leaving, Odyn snubbed me throughout which I don’t really care much about. We ended in Savannah’s house, no one was around. Time for the bonfire was approaching fast.

‘Should I wax my skin or tone it?’ Vana asked holding two cans up.

‘Your skin is already waxed and toned.’ Tia who had been lost in thought chipped in.

‘Hmm,’ Vana hummed. ‘Okay, should I wear red or blue bikinis? Which one suit my skin most?’

       ‘Pink,’ we said simultaneously.

       ‘Anyone other than that?’

       ‘White,’

I’ll just wear both,’ she walked back into her wardrobe room.

‘Unlike Ace who won’t mind, Mace will freak if you show up in less covering outfit!’ Tia shouted.

‘I know,’ Vana said grumpily.  ‘Magenta, get dressed!’

       ‘I don’t know, maybe I shouldn’t go….’

       ‘Eh!’ They both exclaimed.

‘Sorry, I didn’t mean that, I’ll dress up now.’

‘Better,’ Tia smirked. I looked at the killer and sighed. Hope Ace won’t kill me tonight because I’m not ready. What was I wearing? I very short but light white tulle skirt, an white one strap back beach bra with halter strap neckline, and a white knee high gladiator sandals. My main target was to glow, trust me when I said the shit was glowing.  ‘Change.’ I reluctantly changed into the wear, the bra pushed my boobs out too much, I couldn’t stop staring at my tempting cleavage and boobs.

‘Before you cut of your own boobs, here,’ Vana said chucklingly as she handed me a beautiful white robe.

‘Now you look like you are attending a swimming pool party,’ Tia joked. I smiled and wore it, didn’t tie the knot though. Vana was wearing a white asymmetrical skirt with pink hue, a pink beach bra with white flowers and a very shiny pink jelly slippers. Tia put the bikini in bikinis with her yellow wear, it really brought out her skin colour.  ‘Are we ready to go?’

‘Have you met Ace?’ I asked her calmly, she understood what I meant and grumpily went to Van’s wardrobe to find something to wear. She came back wearing yellow shorts. ‘Now we are ready!’

       ‘Let’s make this party ours!’

     Ace

The guys and I sat on a table watching the other kids play, yeah, I said kids. I just had this ominous feeling, like something bad is going to happen but what it is was what I couldn’t tell. Mace concluded that it would be Percy, that dirtbag. He gave the picture of Percy to every single guy present that if seen should be escorted out, his guards were assigned that duty too. I appreciate his help and concern but I was worried it might make Gen angry.

‘Relax dude,’ Jace laughed. ‘Your girl is not going anywhere, chillax.’

       ‘I don’t know, I just feel somehow.’

You’ll be fine,’ Mace patted my back, he had drank too much already.

‘How’s Mimi?’ I asked with concern.

       ‘With Hans, she’s fine.’

       ‘And the divorce?’

‘I already know what to do, don’t bother.’

‘What do you plan on doing?’

‘Hans and I are going to care for her ourselves, you dummies are helping out too. From now on, we are dads and our girlfriends, moms.’ He said grinning from ear to ear like a creep. Jace shrugged and pointed at something.

       ‘What?’

‘Isn’t that Philip?’ I followed his finger point and groaned, first Percy and now Philip. Dirty useless P’s.

       ‘What is he doing here?’

‘It’s not everyday your enemy get to have a girlfriend,’ Mace chuckled sipping from his cup. I took the cup from him, stood up and walked to Philip. He’s a stupid guy who keeps trying to prove that he is better than me. His dad owns a lame casino, he drives a toy so he believe he’s rich. Stupid best don’t know what true money is like.

‘Phil, what are you doing here?’

       ‘Having fun, you?’

‘You don’t go to our school,’

‘This party don’t have a name tag,’ he looked around. ‘Where’s the cheap dress I heard you b…’ Before he finished his statement, punched his face causing a gasp. He staggered back and held his nose.  ‘Fucking bastard! You broke my nose!’

‘Fucking bastard,’ I mimicked.  ‘Don’t call her names or I’ll treat your fuck up.’

‘Why? Don’t like the truth? She’s a rag, one imma gonna use to wipe my floor and toss back at you.’ I punched him again, stupid prick can’t even defend himself. I pushed him down to the ground and rained blows on his horrible face. My bandaged hand hurt a little but I didn’t care.

‘Ace! Ace let him go!’ Jace shouted not daring to go close to me. How dare he call her names!

‘Ace!’ I froze, fucking kid sister.  ‘Stand up this instant!’ I glared at her. ‘Please, leave him alone.’ I stood up from his body and kicked his rib.

‘Ace,’ Gen called softly behind me, I really didn’t want her to see me that way.

‘Ah! Is this the new butt towel,’ the fool mocked.

‘Prick!’ I kicked his ribcage again

‘Ace stop it!’ Genital yelled trying to pull me away. ‘Stop or I’ll leave!’ I left him and followed her as she dragged me away.  ‘How could you! You know I hate violence!’

‘Gen,’ I stopped walking and pulled her back. Her chest hit mine, I imprisoned her waist with my hands. ‘You look hot,’

       ‘Seriously?!’

‘Let me compliment you Sister Gabriella,’ I joked.

‘How can you say that,’ she sobbed. ‘I dressed up like this because of you and yet I’m still a nun.’

‘You are tying a robe,’ I scoffed. She pushed herself away from me and removed it. Poor robe got dumped.  ‘Okay now this is what I call hot! Couldn’t you wear normal bikinis sister in the Lord?’ She screamed in frustration and attacked my chest with her tiny fists while I laughed.

‘Ungrateful jerk,’ she cried. Is she seriously crying because of this?’. ‘After wasting my time y…’ I held her hands.

‘I was kidding,’ I laughed. ‘You look really beautiful,’

       ‘Really really?’ She asked poutingly.

‘Really really,’ I wiped her tears and adjusted the white flower hairpin she used in holding her hair at the side. ‘Almost perfect,’

       ‘What else?’

‘Hold on,’ I removed the diamond heart necklace with white gold puffed marinerer chains from my back pocket and wore it on her.  ‘Now you are perfect.’

       ‘Isn’t this too expensive?’

‘You are expensive,’ she rolled her eyes but that didn’t stop her from blushing.  ‘Let’s swim,’

‘I don’t know, there are other games around, how about we play them, drink a little before swimming.’

‘Fine by me,’ I took her hand and led her to the waterslide drink race. You slide down a tall waterslide, run to a roll of alcoholic drinks and drink one cup. First person to finish drinking wins. No reward, just for fun.

‘Can I play?’ Gen asked the tall guy, I think his dad was a tree. He smiled warmly.

       ‘Sure, you can go next.’

‘Yes!’ She kissed my cheek and ran to the slide with her opponent, I walked out to find Jace. As usual, he was sitting the middle of girls telling jokes. Where’s Tia?

‘Boo!’ She jumped into my front. ‘Did I scare you?’

‘I was so scared I peed my pants,’ I said sarcastically. She hissed. ‘What are you doing here? I thought you were studying for a test?’

       ‘Do you still study?’

‘Of course, I have a brainac for a girlfriend.’

‘Hmmm,’ she played with the sand by using her toe to draw.

       ‘What’s wrong?’

‘Nothing, I’m thinking about Mace and his siblings, they must be sad.’ She lied.

‘I have I am an idiot written on my forehead,’ I said ironically.

‘It’s nothing okay, my friends already solved it. Magenta is really smart, you shouldn’t leave her alone because they are a lot of haters around.’

‘True, watch Jace, he will drink again. Don’t let him.’ She nodded, I went back to Gen who was now dancing in a ring of guys, they were cheering for her. I stayed where I was, acting as a bodyguard.

‘Ace! Dance with me!’ She shrieked excitedly. I waved her off dismissively. ‘Somebody bring him,’ the guys turned on me dragged me into the circle.  ‘Dance.’

‘I don’t know how to dance,’

‘Don’t know how to, just do it.’ She wrapped my hands around her rolling waist and danced. Is she trying to turn me on.

‘Go Genital!’ Vana squealed. Where the fuck is Mace?

    Magenta

I’ve never had such fun before, everyone seemed to appreciate my presence. After dancing, some guys made us play truth and dare in a circle, Ace joined too because I forced him. He wasn’t that friendly so everyone was glad they had me to control him to play too. Then we played ring toss, sand castle build up and a game called find the bug. Ace was my partner in all and that was fun. After that, we went swimming where I had my first water make out.

    Eeeek!

Anyways, I sat on a log drying my wet hair while Ace roasted the mush mellow and s’mores, he fed me whenever it was ready. Mace was sleeping on Savannah’s laps as she crooned and stroke his hair.

‘This place is too quiet,’ Tia who was beside not drunk Jace sighed. Everyone sat around the fire.  ‘Ace, sing for us.’

‘Yes!’ Everyone agreed. Melody didn’t show up, neither did Berwyn or Olivia. Quincy left early with her new boyfriend.

‘No,’ he deadpanned. They all looked at me. I turned to him with puppy eyes and poked his cheek.

‘Ace?’ He glanced at me and sighed in defeat.

       ‘i really hate you,’

‘You know you don’t.’ I giggled. Someone threw him an acoustic guitar.

I drummed my fingers on the book as I wrote down a story, I love writing, mostly scripts.
Fransisco promised to help me bring one of my story to life if only I can finish one, I always stop halfway out of lack of inspiration but this time I had a new inspiration…. Me. I was writing about me and Ace to see where it takes me.

“I looked unto him, the jolly Greek god battling with the assignment I gave him with much meticulousness. His progress earlier in class left him with more zeal to learn and boast to his sisters who he claims were smarter than motherboards, especially the one he called Babianca. His hair flew in the accord of the wind, his lips puckered up and his canines deep into his bottom lip. His eyes were wide and big, far away but filled with determination and zeal. I don’t think the guy knows how adorable he looks with that expression; like a sulking puppy or a purring baby kitten.’ I wrote down. I looked at Ace again and giggled, he was killing me with his look. I laid in the grass, my phone beside me. He sat on his table, quite far from me.

He was trying really hard to solve the chemistry problem.

He wiped off the beads of sweats from his forehead and sighed, itched his head with the bottom of his pen and prechecked his work. I watched him with so much amusement, my heart fluttering and stomach churning with an unknown feeling. He nodded after checking it and smiled proudly.
‘Done!’ He announced, he rushed to me and sat on the grass too. I took his book and glanced through it, my eyes and brain were fast enough to go through his work. I marked the seven assessment I gave him, five correct. ‘Just like that? You just glanced at it!’

    ‘I know, I was fast enough to….’
‘No, check it well.’ I sighed and dropped my red pen, I picked up the blue and solved everything again in five minutes.

‘See? You failed two, that’s great,’ I said with a nod.

‘Show off,’ he murmured and snatched my left hand. ‘Are you left handed or right?’ He asked caressing the back of my palm with his thumb. My churning stomach increased, my cheek slightly changing color momentarily. ‘Yesterday you used right but today you’re using left, what’s up?’

‘I’m originally left handed but I learnt how to use both. I used right to eat, do every other things but I use left to write. That’s what’s up.’

    ‘You used right yesterday,’
‘I use right for minor stuffs like marking and pointing and writing notes and memos but when writing really long stuff, I use my left.’

‘Your friend is left handed, Savannah.’

‘Yeah, her grandpa and father are left handed. My mom is the left handed one, my brother’s right. Do you just observe people’s hands?’

‘Sorry, it’s an habit. My entire family is left handed, serious genetic trait from my mother’s side. In her family, one must be left handed, she was the left one and her father was the left and his father to his father to his….’

    ‘I get it.’

‘I should have been the only left handed since the first or second child gets it but my dad is also left handed, strong gene as well only that his is selective, picks randomly. In conclusion, we’re The Left Choir.’

    ‘Left Choir?’ I asked laughingly.
‘Don’t look at me,’ he shrugged. ‘Blame it on Salvador.’

‘About that kid, he’s really rude….’
‘Just stubborn and knows too much for his figure. He’s the sweetest, only arrogant when you come between him and food, long hour of PS4 gaming and sleep. He’s dad in a small form, can be bossy sometimes….’ He stroke his chin. ‘Now I think about it, he has dad’s commanding vibe, Tatiana, him and I do but Tia’s stronger. No, I am, I just don’t have the strength to yell and command my little sister.’

‘I really wanna meet her,’ I said shyly. ‘Is she proud?’

‘If she was, I wouldn’t have came back for you,’ he smiled. ‘Are we done for today?’ He asked tiredly. I shift his English book to him, I opened the book and tapped the page. ‘I can spell, anybody can spell.’

‘Find the different meaning of each words, write out sentences of each meaning, three each and then skilfully construct an essay consisting of all the words.’

    ‘That’s not necessary!’

‘It’s what I want, get on it.’ He sighed and stood up, went back to his table. I continued writing, he later submitted. Pass the meanings, ace the sentences but failed the essay.

‘I’m tired,’ he whined after I set out to teach him physics. ‘I don’t even need physics.’

‘As long as your field is science, you do.’

‘I’m tired, I’m going to swim.’ He walked off.

‘Ace!!! Come back here!!!’ He gave me his middle finger, I huffed and followed him. He walked to a large stream and took off his shirt. My mouth fell open as my eyes widened, his muscles flexed and eyed me. He had tattoos imprinted on his arm, “family” written on his shoulder blade. Chest oh glorious chest, best, magical best one. He winked at me, glad he could make me dumb.

‘Wanna go for a swim princess?’ I couldn’t reply. He shrugged and unbuckled his belt, my head was ringing but I wanted to see. ‘Are you not shy?’ Still couldn’t answer, I was gaping shamelessly. He shrugged and slid down his pants, my eyes turned as I smiled like an idiot.

“Magenta!!!!!” My subconscious yelled. I looked away and ran back to the tree, I sat down and quickly wrote it down with a beating heart.

“After hours of lecture, the Greek god decided to go for a swim to cool of. I wasn’t pleased with that idea since I still had some few more subjects to guide him through so I followed him and I damn regret it. He took off his shirt, I got front roll seat to perfection. Will I ever have him to myself? Can he ever be mine? Everyday I’m reminded on why I can never be with him, everyday I’m force to drown in my own growing feeling yet I know that getting him is all up to me. There’s power in a woman’s words, touch and actions. My best friend’s mother, Ariana once told us that no matter how strong a man is, a woman can bring him down with careful planning and just herself. If I want him, it was all in my hands but do I really need it?

I weigh the scales, what did I have to lose? I had nothing to fight with but yet I had enough people to fight for me. Amaya would kill for my happiness, Fransisco would reluctantly help me and I was gaining his second best friend’s trust. In a way he was starting to trust me, he was leaning on me unknowingly. They say I’m easy to talk to, easy to bend so what do I have to lose? I want to be happy, prove to all my haters that anyone can amount to anything if they just believe and have the right words and touch. Pushing aside the warning in my head, I risked it and stood up, I was going to swim too and show him that Apple Berry Ryan has some packages too.” I smiled and dropped the pen, I changed the names in the story. I stood up and walked back to him.

‘You came back,’ he laughed as he played in the water. ‘Come on in Genital.’

‘I rather not,’ I smiled. The plan was to have him force or compel me in so he won’t be so suspicious. ‘
ask you questions from here and you’ll answer it, okay?’ He nodded. ‘If a man weighing 60 pounds fall off the balcony of the tenth floor in a skyscraper building, at what degree of speed would be fall and the exact minutes it would take him to hit the ground?’

    ‘I don’t know,’

‘Solve it in your head.’ That was what we did, he answered sixteen questions, got eleven. He was improving, intelligence must be a family thing.

‘Now, won’t you come join me?’

‘Won’t you get out? Your skin will wrinkle,’

‘My skin has a high tolerance, I can be here for extra 30mins before effect kicks in. Advantages of having a thick smooth skin and using good body lotions.’

‘I don’t have good tolerance, one hour and I’m a terrible swimmer,’ I confessed.

‘Don’t worry, I won’t let you drown….’ I scoffed at his flirtatious wink. ‘Trust me.’ I puffed out air through my nose and smiled.

‘I really will kill you if you dare let me die,’ I threatened as I plucked out the buttons on my button down shirt dress. I slip the gown off, letting it drop on the ground before stepping out of it. Luckily, I had a singlet on and thin shorts. ‘Turn around.’

    ‘Must I?’

‘Ace,’ I snapped. He rolled his eyes and entered the water, I could tell he was still spying. I skillfully removed my bra and hid it under my dress before diving into the water. I swam out and gasped for air. ‘Too cold!’ I swam to shore but he held me back. ‘Ace, I’ll catch a cold…’

‘Chill, you’ll be fine.’ He assured me placing my hands on his shoulders. We stared into each other’s eyes in silent, it was….whoa.

‘Ace,’ I snapped, his hand was going somewhere, I love it but Savannah said to be strong and resist everything he do. ‘Don’t touch me.’

‘Sorry,’ he removed his hands from my waist and smiled. ‘How long can you hold your breath?’
    ‘Almost four minutes,’

    ‘Can you manage four?’

    ‘If I try hard enough.’

    ‘You swim fast?’

‘Bad swimmer, I can hold well in currents but not good with speeds.’

‘Can you keep up to a fast swimmer if he’s holding you?’ I nodded. ‘Good,’ he turned me around and tightened my hands around his neck. ‘Hold your breath and hang on.’

    ‘Where are we going?’

‘I’ve shown you my world, one more won’t hurt,’ I smiled sheepishly, that made me feel special. I took in a deep breath and held it before he dived in. The water was dark, I couldn’t see a thing but he sure knew where he was going. I closed my eyes, I couldn’t open it for long. I could feel he swam into somewhere because the place felt shallow. I was running out of oxygen, he was swimming very fast. Keen wind hit my face as he burst out, I puffed for air and held him tighter. He dragged me to shore and placed me down gently. ‘Eyes,’
I tried to open them but it burns, he rubbed it with his wet hands. ‘Again,’ I opened my eyes.
‘Oh-my-God,’ I counted and sat up. ‘What the….’
‘Welcome to my crystal cave,’ he said delightfully. The whole place was made out of something not crystal nor diamonds but definitely rare and worth fortunes. The place glittered, the pink and violet gem flashing. ‘I discovered this myself three years ago, I don’t know what it is but I call it crystal. I’ve never used it once, I’m keeping them for emergency, future emergencies. Maybe if I get disowned, go bankrupt or just need to get more money.’

‘Is it worth much?’ He nodded.
‘Sold a little piece once, the buyer said it’s something like a crystalline diamond or whatever that big grammar is but it’s worth a lot.’ I looked at the place in amazement, water dripping making beautiful music.

‘Why? Why show me?’ He shrugged.

‘I don’t know, I trust you more than I’ve ever trusted anyone,’ he smiled. ‘I’ve only known you for three weeks.’

‘Time flies,’ I smiled. ‘Thank you, for showing me.’ He smiled back and for that moment, his eyes flashed with so much emotions before he looked away.

‘Let’s go back now, we can stop at your dad’s restaurant and drink soup, he got soup, right?’

‘None that would suit your taste but I do know a place we can get just the right amount of pepper,’ I said smirkingly. He grinned.

    ‘Bring it on.’

    THREE HOURS LATER
“….he laughed me ever so merrily, it wasn’t my fault that hot soup got into my eye and turned it red but the wizard care less. I forgot others misfortune gives him joy but however, when my eye started hurting again, he panicked and took me to a hospital where I was given special attention. The doctor said I was lucky, it could have been worse but fortunately, I had stubbornly worn my lens back to annoy him and that saved me from serious damages. The soup was really hot.

The doctor insist I stay home and not carry out any activity that includes stressing the eye so I’ve been warned to stay home. I now have glasses, temporary but is only to be use when I want to read or when my eye feels irritated. You should have seen the way he was allover me, he cares about me Amaya almost teleported through my phone when I told her, she was with Seb which was not surprising by the way. She cried but I’m sure he’ll handle her.

In conclusion he brought me home, almost dragged me to his but considered dad who wasn’t around, thank God. He was worried when he came back but everything’s fine now, except me risking it and writing. I learnt three things today.

Fear is the heart of intimidation and low self-esteem. It plays with one’s mind, bend it and make them feel bad about themselves, no faith. If you don’t believe in yourself who will?

Confidence lies within every soul, one just gotta dig deep and bring out their inner bitch, that bitch that makes them invincible.

Three, Ace Davison can be mine if only I use the right static and trust me, I will.

    Savannah
I adjusted my dress as I walked to his ward, I felt nervous which was not me at all. I adjusted my hair and walked in….

‘Holy fuck!’ I exclaimed closing my eyes.

‘Are you nuts! Don’t you know how to knock?!’ He yelled.

‘Are you suppose to be half naked in a hospital!!!’ I yelled back with back turned.

‘It’s my ward!!! The sign on the door clearly says “knock before entering” can’t you bloody read!!!’
‘That’s it!’ I turned around and cocked my hips, he had already dragged his pants up.

‘Are you going to keep looking at me?’ He asked frowningly, flat chest.

‘Look at you, flat idiot with nothing to show for. At your age your chest is running best wall award when your age mates are winning brawny hunk gods…you dare call yourself a Greek god? Have you seen Ace’s chest? You should see my brother’s…. Oh father Lord! You should see Percy and Zachary, the hottest guys on earth,’ I rolled my eyes and hissed.
‘And you’re here forming….what are you doing?’ I asked alerted as he walked to me, I backed off.

‘Don’t worry, I will only kill you and no one will know, you slipped…’ I folded my arms challengingly and glared at me. He stopped and tilted his head quizzically. ‘Your boldness and confidence is annoying,’

    ‘My niche,’

‘Nevertheless,’ he walked to me and carried me on his shoulder, I didn’t fight it. He threw me on the bed and smirked, I arched a brow at him. ‘You look like a chair, that’s nice.’

‘What do you mean by….what are you doing?….hey help me!’ He pinned me down and sat on my head. ‘Ew!!! Get your smelly ass off my head!!!’ I screamed, I kept screaming while struggling but hell no! He meant business. I could tell he wasn’t adding his full weight but he was still heavy, my head was starting to hurt. Please, stand up.’ I pleaded.

‘No,’ he deadpanned. ‘Apologize for being so rude.’

‘I’m sorry,’ I apologized, I was going to cry soon. He stood up and swat my head. I shift to the end of the bed and cried, the tears kept flowing out.

‘Hey, stop crying,’ he said softly putting a hand on my shoulder.
‘I’m sorry, hey, I don’t like crying people…’ I increased my wail, he carried my feather light body back into the bed and cuddled me. ‘I’m sorry, I won’t do that again.’

    ‘Promise?’

‘You’re just so annoying and….’ I cried more. ‘Fuck! Ok ok, I promise I won’t sit on your head again.’ I sobbed, my body shaking. He wiped my tears and stroke my back.

    ‘I’m sorry, I’m born to annoy people…’

‘Are you the last child?’ I nodded. ‘Only girl?’ I nodded again. ‘Who pampers you most?
‘Daddy, grandpa and big brother,’ I said with a small voice. He chuckled.

‘No wonder,’ he said chucklingly and pinched the bridge of my nose. ‘You know, your annoying attitude reminds me of my late dog….’

‘Late dog!’ I snorted moving away from him, he pulled me back and tickled my side, I giggled and pouted. ‘My dog was my best friend, the only person I really loved….’

‘You just said person,’ I stated the obvious.

    ‘Yes, worth one.’

‘Why didn’t you marry her,’ I said jokingly.

    ‘He, it was a he.’

    ‘Gay,’

‘Seriously?’ He chuckled. I felt something ticklish on my back, it was him. His hand had slipped into the back of my key hole neckline top, his index finger making circles on the skin of my lower back. My heart started beating, his rich Cologne suddenly making itself known. My mind registered the fact that he was shirtless, such spotless skin. I bit my lower lip blushingly and teased his chest with my fingers, he groaned, I pretended to not know what I’m doing to him. ‘What have I missed in school? You’re a social student so we share similar classes.’

‘Yeah, I can help you, teach you,’ I suggested.

‘That would be great, thanks,’ he said under his breath. Then it hit me. I pulled away from him and peered at him suspiciously.

‘How did you know I’m a commercial student?’ He wasn’t expecting that question, he shifted slightly and itched the scruff of his neck. ‘You’ve seen me before, haven’t you?’

‘Who wouldn’t notice the pink haired girl whose voice is always loud, makes all the teachers laugh their ass out and dresses like a lunatic,’ he said with questioningly brows. I looked down at my outfit, I wore a baggy sweat dress, a turban and Arabian trousers. I also wore sneakers boots and a scarf.

‘Do I dress like a lunatic?’ I asked confusedly. He wiggled his brows, I frowned childishly. ‘Goat,’ I hit his head.

‘Sorry, my head no longer hurts….can we go to the teaching now?’

‘I’m a dunce,’ I said with feign sadness.

‘You answer almost every questions in class,’ he said sneeringly. ‘Does this ring a bell?’ He stood up and cocked his hips to the right sassily, folded his right hand under his breast area, placed his left elbow on it, and tapped his lips with his index finger. His brows were furrowed in concentration and lips puckered up. I laughed and slapped my lap, that’s the impression I make whenever I’m trying to solve or answer a difficult question. ‘See.’

‘How long have you been noticing me?’ I asked excitedly.

‘How long have you been in school? It’s not hard to notice you.’ I giggled and fanned myself dreamily.

‘You’re crushing on me,’ I whispered
‘Here we go again.’ He sighed, in conclusion we ended up arguing about it before he gave up and I taught him and then we argued over a game again.

    He’s perfect

    NEXT DAY
I proudly flaunt my phone in dad’s face, I was so happy, I felt somehow excited like it was my boyfriend that bought me a new phone. Dad was tired of glaring at me, why was I taunting him? When my phone was giving me problems, he made fun of it but now I had a new one, he accidentally cooked his. His phone was on the breakfast table, his hand on his cheek as he stared at his delicious phone. I laughed and sighed.

‘Maglificent!’ Savannah shouted barging into the kitchen, she looked hot, really hot. Wait, Maglificent? ‘What’s up best!’ She hugged me, she wore a Nigh neck glitter mess dress, glowing earrings and a patek Philippe ladies complicated watch. She normally don’t go so flashy so what’s up?

    ‘Are you alright?’

‘No, I’m not alright,’ she squealed. She pushed me away and went to hug dad. ‘Good morning dad,’ he nodded. ‘What’s this?’ She asked poking the phone.

‘He cooked his phone,’ I said gigglingly.

‘Is it delicious?’ She asked trying to pick it up. I laughed and grinned. ‘Anyways, I spent yesterday with Mace, taught him all he have missed out in school…I’m his tutor for the mean time,’ she said blushingly. ‘He’s just so cute….’

‘Are you crushing on him?’ I asked teasingly. She giggled and covered her cheeks, she’s crushing hard. ‘Did you guys fight again?’

‘Oh we did,’ she said dreamily. ‘He sat on my head because I insulted him, then I cried and he pet me then touched me and we argued and I taught him and then we argued again, he’s so cute.’ She’s so liking him.

‘Somebody’s going to get her heart broken,’ I sang. She twirled and giggled which made no sense but I don’t think she cares. ‘Come on, we’re running late.’ I picked my bag and walked out, she ran after me with dad’s cooked phone.

‘How come this didn’t explode?’ She asked herself as she licked it.

    ‘Savannah,’ I drawled.

‘Whaaaaat?’ She said exaggeratedly. ‘No food is to go to waste….’

    ‘That’s not food!’

    ‘Yes it is,’ she pouted.

‘No it’s not,’ I argued. She stomped her feet but howled in pain, hopping to the cab as she chanted “heels, heels, heels.”

    She’s hopeless.

    Ace
I stared plainly at every girl that waved at me, I wasn’t in the mood to flirt with any girl but the sweetheart that helped me. She was late, very late. The corner of my lips twitched up as I heard that annoying voice, blabbing and blabbing. I looked at the hall, the new peacemaker dragging herself in front of the talkative who looked very excited. I pushed myself off her locker which I was leaning on and shoved my hands into my pockets. She smiled as her gaze met mine.

‘Testicle,’ she called loudly, hasting her steps to get to me quicker.

‘Genital,’ I called back. She rolled her eyes.

‘Did you two switch brains?’ She asked sarcastically glaring at the grinning girl over her shoulder. I chuckled.

‘Hey Prick!’ Savannah exclaimed, pushing her out of the way. She hugged me, she’s stupid so I won’t be so surprise. Normally I would squeezed her ass like I would do other girls but I fear this one. She pulled away and slapped me thrice. ‘Muscles,’ she felt my arm and grinned. ‘This is muscles! Bye girl!’ She skipped away.

‘What is wrong with her?’ I asked as I stared at her amusedly.

‘Trust me, you haven’t seen anything yet.’ Genital laughed, I hate her laugh, always unnerves me.

‘So, enjoying the new phone?’ I asked looking at everywhere but her.

‘It’s amazing,’ she squealed pushing me out of her locker. I looked at her, a big grin on her face and glint in her eyes. ‘I spent all night making out with it.’
‘When last did a boy buy you something nice or something at all?’ I asked amusedly, she sucked on her lower lip, her cheeks flushing. She cleared her throat.

‘Three years,’ she said with a croak voice, almost dry and laced with shyness.

‘Wow, no wonder you’ve been using that quack phone for years,’ I said mockingly. She smiled and glared at me from the corner of her eyes.

‘Mock me again and I’ll make you fail miserably,’ I laughed nervously.

‘Sorry ma,’ I apologized. She shut her locker and walked off, I followed her.

    ‘So, how did it go?’

‘How did what go?’ I asked feigning ignorance.

‘Your sisters, you know the apology thing?’

‘Oh that, they forgave me but I have to take them out tomorrow, to catch up with old times,’ I said happily. ‘You wanna come with?’

‘Come with? For something as special that? I’ll skip.’

‘Maybe another day or soon,’ I murmured. She chuckled and shook her head.

    ‘You’re a handful.’

Ace and I walked into class together, I greeted the teacher and went to my seat at the back but Ace followed.

    ‘What?’ He asked innocently.

‘Can you GI back to your seat?’
‘No,’ he deadpanned. I looked around, all eyes were on me, most glares but few just shock. I sighed, i’mma gonna get beaten up soon.
During class, he was sleeping, why wouldn’t he fail.

‘Can someone solve this equation?’ The teacher asked loudly, his angry eyes on a kid sleeping at the front. I tapped Ace.

    ‘Leave me alone,’ he moaned.

‘Get up or I’ll draw on your face,’ I threatened.

‘Make sure you draw your puss there….’ I slapped his cheek, he sprung up flustered and confuse. I was more embarrassed by his speech. ‘What hit me?’

‘Me, stand up and go solve that equation,’ I commanded. He scoffed and went back to sleep. ‘Ace, as your tutor, I order you go solve that or you’ll be punished by more electric bugs.’ He stood up grudgingly, cursing under his breath like a grumpy kid. He walked to the whiteboard and snatched the marker from the teacher’s hand. He looked at the question and solved it while still cursing.

‘I know I failed, no need to trouble me,’ he said frowningly.

    ‘Actually, you’re correct.’

    ‘I am?’ He asked plainly.

‘Yeah, you’re correct,’ the teacher repeated happily. Ace turned, walked to me and did what I never expected, he pulled me up and hugged me tight.

    ‘I’m correct!’

It’s official, all the girls will kill me but on the good side, Ace hugged me!!!

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
It was the last class before school end, I was in the restroom washing my hands after using the toilet. I was smiling brightly, why wouldn’t I smile? I turned off the tap and held each side of the sink, a grin escaping me lips. My magenta eyes glittered, Ace said they are sparkly and extraordinary, he said I’m beautiful and nothing else should matter.

‘I’m beautiful, I know I am.’ The door opened, six girls walked in, they scoffed immediately they saw me.

‘It’s her, the new bitch in town.’ One scorned.

‘She’s not even beautiful, I wonder what he sees in her,’ another chipped in.

‘Berwyn is even sexier and richer, poverty stinking bitch,’ my grip on the sink tightened as my eyes watered.

‘Looks at her poor dress, ugly troll…’ The one who got to me hit my head.

‘You think you’re better than us because Ace is fucking you? Well guess what, he’ll use and dump your fucking expired ass!!!’ The fourth one yelled and pushed me. I fell on the floor, a sob leaving my mouth.

‘She’s crying,’ they taunted. I remembered what Savannah said, anytime anyone try to bully me, just compare the scales and believe you’re better. I stood up and looked at all of them, wiping my eyes clean and pressing my lips into a thin line.

‘You’re right, I’m poor, classless, ugly and all but you know what,’ I said smirkingly. ‘Mighty leader of the Greek gods, Ace Davison is fucking my cheap ass instead of your expensive one, that have got to hurt.’ I said with a twinkle of my eyes.

‘And you think you’re better than Berwyn….’

‘There it is, Berwyn, not you all. That proves she’s better than you and I know I’m better than Berwyn which means I’m better than you all as well,’ I cocked my hips which I recently discovered I had. ‘Just take a look at me, I’ve got hips, beauty, style and I’m smart. What do you girls have?’ I taunted.

    ‘Money, we have money….’

‘But I have Ace,’ I smirked.
‘Bitch!’ The one that pushed me yelled and charged at me, I moved out of the way and slammed her head on the sink.

‘Wanna fight, huh?! Well come fight me and see what I’ll do!!!!’ I yelled wvsn though I was scared. I scoffed and walked out, making sure I pushed one out of the way, she hit her head hard but who cares. I broke into a run when I was out of the bathroom, I bumped into Jace.

    ‘Whoa! Where’s the fire!’
‘Some girls wanted to beat me up because they think I’m sleeping with him, Ace,’ I gasped. He laughed and patted my head.
‘Welcome to the world of The Greek gods, it’s just beginning but I’m sure I can fix that,’ he pulled me with him to the now crowded hallway. ‘Hey people!!!!’ He shouted at the top of his voice, everyone quiet down. Hw wrapped his hand around my shoulders and smirked. ‘This beautiful lady, please stay away from her, both boys and girls or you’ll have me and Ace to deal with.’

    ‘How Is that suppose to….’
‘You know we don’t warn people twice,’ he winked at Berwyn who was eyeing me from a corner. ‘And no, she’s not dating Ace, yet.’ He licked his lips and pulled me away.
    ‘You have killed me.’

‘I know,’ he laughed. ‘I would have wooed you but Savannah almost stabbed me at lunch when I mentioned it so you’re free but she’s not.’

‘Good luck dick head,’ I smiled and walked away from him. Time ri teach Mr Testicle.

Savannah bought our food as she ranted about how wicked her grandfather is to ruin her morning with his annoying phonecalls. He asked her to get hitched with some rich dude or get married or he’ll use her as means to strengthen a bond between a business partner and him. Just like his father, Fransisco was more interested in movies, directing and scriptwriting. Gosh! That guy can write one hell of a script! Started writing at six and all his stories made so much sense, one of the reason his dad became more popular. He was already building his dad’s movie empire and assisting his mother with the cosmetic company at the same time because those things were his niches. He also had a book site, one with different kinds of ebooks you can think of from him and other writers, he was making a fortune at his age.

Now Savannah’s dad owned a freaking large empire, technology or something, I’m not sure but his older brother was the heir so he was free to follow his movie passion. Unfortunately, his brother died when Savannah was just a year old, the man was childless. Hold on, his wife was a cheat, three amongst his children belonged to other men but the only one who was his blood was useless. At first it didn’t show because they were still kids then but when we were fourteen, the guy who was eighteen showed off his stupidity. He was a drug addict, criminal and rapist, don’t know where he got his bad shit from. Her grandfather disowned him after he got arrested for rape, he broke out of jail and attacked with a gun, killed Savannah’s grandmother in the process. The hell it was hard on them, he died though so Savannah was made the heiress.

‘I don’t care a shit! Is it by force to get a d….’

‘Please,’ I sighed before she swore.

‘Sorry, I’m fucking eighteen for crying out loud!’ She exclaimed again as she paid for the food. ‘Because I’m the miserable heiress, does it mean I won’t live the way I want!’

‘Just tell your dad about it….’

‘Have you met my grandfather! He’s impossible and stony hearted, dad don’t have a say in his biz. The moment I wore the ring, I became his property….’

‘The one thing I know is that they all love you and would do anything to make you happy. Go to your grandfather, cry like the baby you are and he’ll let you go,’ I said softly as we walked to our table.

‘Or I can get a boyfriend,’ she smirked looking towards Ace³ table. Berwyn and co were there including the sexy cheer captain.
‘Don’t even think about it…and she’s gone,’ she was already walking to them. I sighed and went to our table to watch the scene.

‘Testicle!’ She shrieked, Ace hit his head on the table immediately. Jace laughed. ‘What’s up?!’ She popped smacking his head.

    ‘Get your hands off my….’

‘Please, I didn’t come here for you so mind your business or I mind it for you,’ she warned Berwyn with a lopsided smirk. Berwyn looked away angrily. ‘Testicle, move….’ She trailed off and pushed him off the chair with her butt, she sat down and crossed her legs. ‘Hi everyone, I’m Savannah.’ She said gigglingly, Jace saluted while Mace just shrugged. The cheer captain, Quincy who was a nice person smiled in acknowledgment.

‘Can’t you sit somewhere else?’ Ace huffed standing up. ‘This is my spot….’

‘Did your dad buy it?’ She asked with an eye roll.

‘You’re annoying,’ he sat down close to Jace and looked around until his eyes met mine. He frowned and pointed to his eyes, reminding me about his “don’t wear lens” rule. I sighed and removed the lens, I kept it back in it box and into the pocket of my hoody. He nodded in approval and used his index finger to command me to come.

    ‘No,’ I mouthed.

‘Should I come there and bundle you?’ He asked with sign language, of course I knew it. he wasn’t expecting me to. I rolled my eyes, oblivious of the fact that many were watching our little mute conversation.

‘Have you ever thought about bundling yourself to Africa? It would do you good.’ I signed back. He gasped and then smirked.

‘So you use this too, what else do you know how to do Maglificent, ” he smirked as he signed that. I shrugged.

‘I guess you’ll have to find out with time, that’s if I let you know.”

‘Now that’s a challenge I’m ready to take!” He stood up, his smirk widening. I gulped, was he coming here?

‘What are you doing?’ I signed in panic.

‘Sit there and wait,’ he signed as he made his way to me. I huffed and carried my bag, I sprinted to the door with high hope that I would get away but damn his athletic legs. I yelped as my body whipped in air and crashed on strong shoulder, my head hitting his back hard. ‘Hello Maglificent…’
‘Seriously!’ I shrieked. ‘Put me down!’ I commanded with a high pitched voice. He didn’t listen, he carried me to his table and threw me on the floor right next to Olivia’s feet. Olive didn’t waste time, she kicked my mouth intentionally, I screamed and stood up with the speed of lightning. ‘Why did you kick me?!’
‘Oops,’ she said sardonically. ‘Didn’t see anything there.’ Ace chuckled, that asshole that love seeing me suffer. He intentionally dropped me there. Savannah splashed her drink on Olive’s face. ‘Hey!’ She screamed jumping to her feet.

‘Oops, I thought you were a ghost so I threw that to confirm,’ Savannah said sweetly. ‘I’m not convince,’ she stood up slowly in a very menacing way, making Olive step back in fright. ‘Why are you running? I’m not going to hurt you or anything….’

‘What the hell is your problem!!!’ Berwyn flared. ‘Do you think you can just walk in here and claim a spot!!! Bitch, whose dick is giving you such morale to insult us!!!’
‘Your dad’s,’ Savannah said smirkingly. ‘He fucks lame though,’ she said with a smug.

‘How dare you!!!’ Berwyn roared standing to her feet too, all I could see was that someone was about to get hospitalized and that person was Berwyn. ‘How dare you insult my father!!!!’ She yelled grabbing the neckline of Vana’s collar shirt. Vana giggled and pushed her, she screamed as she fell on Melody who by the way skillfully moved out of the way. I sat down slowly beside Ace and picked Jace’s fry.
‘That’s enough!’ Mace exclaimed. ‘I’m trying to eat here!’ Ace who was loving the show chuckled evilly.

‘Well, you can tell this bitches to mind their business and not harm my sister….’

‘Three bitches and one ugly slut is enough,’ he spat glancing at Quincy. ‘I don’t need a witch with no brains and who seek attention to add to the collection….’

‘Uh oh,’ I murmured. The one thing Vana will never take is being called a witch. Call her a candy witch, love witch, sex witch, any witch as long as you don’t call her a brainless witch.

‘Can she beat him up?’ Ace whispered into my ear. I momentarily froze, the heat of his breath warmed my ear and send tingles through my veins.

    Put yourself together Magenta.

    ‘M….m….maybe,’ I stammered.

‘Good,’ her eyes were almost red, her face had taken her furious pink colour and her folded fists were pink too. ‘Geez, can you see the steam coming out of her ears and nose?’ He whispered again.
‘What did you just call me?’ She asked through gritted teeth. He didn’t look at her, he’s just too cold.

‘You heard me right,’ Olivia and Berwyn were tittering. It’s rare to get insulted by Mace, strangely enough, all the girls saw it as an honor. He insults you means he noticed you and that’s the hardest thing to achieve in Magnificent High. She smiled, her devilishly smile.

‘This ought to be interesting,’ Ace said with much delight as he rubbed his palms together.

‘You really like mischief, don’t you?’ I asked amusedly.

‘And laughing at others misfortune, especially him,’ I bit my inside cheek. It was me having a normal conversation with him. I kept staring at him, the joy in his eyes and look of anticipation. I forgot I was suppose to stop Vana from doing what she do best but I was too late.

‘What the fuck!!!’ Mace yelled, I snapped my head back to them, Vana dumped a trash bin on his head. He stood up and removed the bin, Vana quickly snatched it and whacked his head with it. The force sent him colliding with the table and rolling to the floor with a painful cry. Everyone was in shock, except Ace and Jace who took to laughing their friend’s bad luck.

‘The next time you call me a witch, I’ll remove your balls!!!!’ She roared.

‘Savannah d….ow!’ She smashed her sneakered foot on his area, causing him to scream out in absolute pain and agony while Ace’s and Jace’s laugh broke out in a much higher jubilant laughter. They fell on the floor, laughing like no man’s business while everyone stared in shock. ‘Let’s go,’ I stood up and went to her. She still got the last kick at his butt before I pulled her away.

‘Don’t forget our lesson!!!’ Ace shouted amidst his loud laughter. I counted the seconds until she realised what she’d done, ten seconds. She froze as her pink furious face turned pale and mouth slightly open. She gulped.
‘Genital,’ she said with her signature squeaky voice, one she used only when she did something terrible.

‘Uhm,’ I hummed turning around to face her.

‘Did I just emptied a trash bin on my future boyfriend’s body, whacked him with it and destroyed his generation with my foot?’ She asked with the squeaky voice.

    ‘Yup,’ I popped.

‘Oh,’ she said dazedly. ‘That’s unexpected,’ she walked to the empty trash bin close by, knelt down and screamed into it. I allowed her finish screaming before going to her and pulling her up, she was already crying. ‘I’m so screwed!’

‘He called you a brainless witch….’
‘I still shouldn’t have d…..why am I even feeling bad,’ she scoffed, her voice returning back to normal. ‘He insulted my person. He couldn’t call me a candy witch or tree witch or sexy witch but brainless!’ She squawked. ‘Mtcheeeeeew,’ she hissed and stomped away. Funny, she’s gonna die of guilt but that was hilarious.

    Ace
Jace and I were still laughing at Mace, it felt so nice to see him in pain. We were at his family hospital, he had received treatment and was conditioned to stay in bed because his dick had gone numb and needed close observation. I needed to get back to school before Maglificent left but mocking him was better.

‘Fuck dude, seriously? You got smashed by a girl,’ I laughed.
‘Unexpectedly,’ he defended. ‘She attacked me…..’

‘Impotent,’ Jace laughed. We both laughed while he stared at us emotionlessly. His younger twin walked in with a worried look. They are like fraternal twins, Mace is three days older. ‘Welcome to laughing zone,’ we laughed and fist bumped.
‘Are you mocking him?’ Hanson who prefer to be called Hans asked frowningly. It’s Macedon and Hanson. Mace was named after his grandfather and Hanson after his mother’s late twin.

‘Yes, your nigga is impotent now,’ I laughed. He looked at Mace who looked away embarrassedly. ‘He called a psycho a witch, she trashed him with a trash bin, hammered his dumb skull….’

‘And footed his chopper man!’ Jace shrieked. We laughed again.

‘Wait, let me get this straight,’ Hans said with confusion. ‘My brother got beaten up by a girl and might lose his fertility because she didn’t see the handsome face and want him dead?’

    ‘Yup,’ Jace popped.

    ‘Pretty much,’ I grinned.

‘Mace, I love you buuuuuut,’ he burst into laughter.

    ‘Dude, shut up.’ Mace groaned.

‘Yeah, I love that girl,’ Hans laughed. We laughed. ‘Look on the bright side, your dreams of becoming a Reverend is going to come true….’

‘Fucking hell man!’ I fist bumped him and laughed. ‘Our father in the Lord!’ I shrieked and smacked his broken head. He screamed out in pain.

‘Take it easy, he’s a man of God,’ Jace laughed. ‘Reverend Father Macedon Z.A Delacroix of St Macedonia Parish….’ We laughed. He almost cried.

‘Don’t worry, the Lord is your strength,’ Hans said in mock condolence as he patted Mace’s shoulder.

‘I hate you all,’ he spat venomously.

‘Shhhh,’ Jace whispered. ‘Holy men don’t say such.’ We laughed louder, if we didn’t push him to depression, he would kill us.
‘I fucking hate all of you!!!!’

‘We fucking love ourselves!!!!’ We yelled back and laughed. He pressed the red button. ‘Too bad fucking might not be in your future oh ye Father Macedon.’ We chorused.

‘Out!!!’ The nurses ran in. ‘Get them out!!!’

‘Won’t we pray before we leave?’ Jace asked laughingly. Mace picked up the stool close to the bed and tossed it at me, I ducked and ran out of the ward. ‘Fuck! That was awesome!’ Jace exclaimed as he ran beside me.

‘Is she pretty?’ Hans asked running backwards in front of us. ‘The girl?’ He’s the opposite of Mace, flirty and jovial. More like me.

‘She’s damn pretty but she’s a ball of fire,’ I chuckled.

‘Just the way I like them,’ he purred and licked his lips. Since he was running backward, he couldn’t see the wheelchair in the way. I stopped running and blocked Jace, the nigga tripped over the damn thing and tumbled to the ground like a twisted bag of cement. I laughed and held my knees.

‘Ace! You should have warned him!’ Jace shouted rushing to him.
‘Yeah, shoulda, bro, what fun would that be?’ I laughed.

‘My arm, I think I broke my arm,’ he cried trying to move his arm. ‘I so fucking hate you!!!’ He yelled.
‘And that’s the thing,’ I smirked and shoved my hands into the pockets of my denim jeans. ‘I love myself a lot and my love is all I need. Two hospitalized bros, awesome huh?’

    ‘Fuck you Ace,’ he murmured.
‘Tell that to your mother bag of cement.’ I laughed and ran to the elevator. Jace was calling for help. I walked into the free lift and pressed the first floor button; time to torment a certain girl.

Vana scrolled through the list of new candies she could buy for herself, it’s funny how she had never gotten any tooth issue. She would shove the phone in my face to show me the picture.

‘So? Which one should I buy first?’

‘Didn’t Fransisco just sent you a whole box?’

‘And so? What if I finish the box?
What then would I devour?’ I rolled my eyes and shut my locker. ‘So, you off to teach Mr Tentacles?’

‘Can you not call him that?’

‘I’ve being calling you Genital for as long as I’ve known you, do you think you can ever stop me from calling him Tentacles when you haven’t successfully stopped me from calling you Genital?” She asked sneeringly. I chuckled and flung my bag over my shoulder.

‘Just promise you won’t buy the whole factory?’

‘If it taste good, I will.’ I rolled my eyes and smiled.

‘You can’t buy a whole factory babe,’

‘Yet I bought a pet shop for Kiki as a Christmas present last year. She was so proud of me,’

‘You’re Kiki you idiot,’ I huffed.

‘No, I’m Savannah Kiki Carlin, the girl I gifted the pet shop to was Kiki Savannah Carlin, get it?’

Do whatever you like then,’ we were walking now with me holding her hand so she’d walk faster. I stopped, let go of her hand and kissed her cheek. ‘Bye love.’

‘We need to get you a boyfriend or someone you can just randomly kiss,’

‘Like you can just kiss a random guy like that,’ I scoffed.

‘DNCE, kiss a stranger,’ she walked to a guy typing his phone, pulled his collar and kissed him. I watched them with a frown as they made out, she broke the kiss first, kneed him and winked at me. ‘That’s how you kiss a random boy!’ I rolled my eyes and walked to the other hall.

‘You’re out of your mind Savannah!!!’

‘Never had one!!!’ She shouted back. I shook my head and skipped to Ace 3 longue. They are called Ace 3 because their names all end with “A-C-E” my heart temporarily stopped beating when I saw Berwyn and her crew coming my way. I tried my best to avoid eye contact. They walked past me, I released the breath I was holding with relief.

‘Stop,’ I froze, my breath getting caught up in my chest again. ‘Turn around,’ I rubbed my sweaty palms on the sides of my thighs and turned with a furiously beating heart. ‘Who are you and where are you going?’ I bowed my head with fear. ‘Don’t let me ask you again,’ she warned.

    ‘I’m M….I…I’m going to….’

‘Of course you’re going to throw yourself at my boyfriend, his room is the only one in this hall,’ she stood with arms akimbo and cocked her hips. ‘Now, who gave you the permission to see my man?’

‘I’m not going there to throw myself at him, I’m his new tutor….’
‘Why would they give him a girl when they know he’s a nymphomania?’ Melody asked quizzically.

‘I don’t know, I’m just going to do my job,’ I stammered.

‘So,’ Berwyn purred as she walked to me with a slid like movement. ‘You were given the opportunity and you took it, why?’ I was shaking already, she was really cruel. She suddenly grabbed my hair roughly with her hands and yanked it. I screamed and held my dress, I dare not touch her hands. ‘You think you can steal my boo from me you ugly looking stick!!!’
‘I was only going to teach….’

‘Enough talking!’ She slammed my body and head on the wall thrice. I whimpered in tears. ‘You’re not even pretty you ugly little thing, how dare you!’ Olivia joined her in beating me up badly until my body ached allover, Melody just leaned on a wall staring at everything with pity.

‘Berwyn that’s enough!’ She finally yelled, she came to them and pushed them both away. ‘Don’t you have any single sense? You just saw her and beat her up, what is wrong with you and your obsession?!’

‘Are you yelling at me because of her?’ Berwyn asked in shock. Melody sighed and helped me up, I couldn’t see well because of the tears running down my cheeks. I was sure my head, nose and mouth was bleeding.

    ‘Let’s go,’

    ‘Melody, seriously?’ Olivia scoffed.
‘I’m tired of you both childish behavior,’ she took my hand and helped me out to the clinic. ‘I’m sorry about them,’ I nodded as I still cried. ‘What’s your relationship with him? Just teaching?’

    ‘I haven’t even started yet,’ I cried.
    ‘You’ll be fine.’

    Ace
I bounced my crossed leg on air as I waited for the stupid girl to show up, not that I wanted to learn about stupid books, just what is behind that cheap lame outfit she wore. Berwyn walked in cursing under her breath.

‘Uh oh, who got you upset this time?’ I asked chucklingly as I dropped my phone.
    ‘Melody, she’s….’

‘I don’t care anymore,’ I said uninterestedly. She sighed and smiled. ‘How are you today?’

‘Just hanging,’ she sat on my laps and smirked seductively. ‘What you doing here all alone? Don’t you know it’s bad for a sweetheart like you to be alone?”

‘I’m waiting for my tutor, my old man insist I keep one of those shit,’

‘And you agreed to keep one?’
‘She’s worth a one-nightstand,’ I said smilingly remembering her unsure sexy body. I really wanted to remove her dress and see if her body was worth it. ‘Her name suits her eyes,’ she scoffed and rolled her eyes, sliding down to sit on the chair.

‘Can’t you just stick to one girl? She’s not that beautiful with those useless cheap outfit.’ She uttered jealously. I smirked and licked my lips.

    ‘Berwyn, what did you do?’

    ‘How do you mean?’

    ‘Berwyn,’ I sang warningly.

‘I only put her in her place. You don’t need another girl Ace, I’m enough for you,’

‘Really?’ I asked chucklingly. I smiled and picked up one of the fag from the bowl and put it end into the lighter’s fire. ‘If I remember correctly, I don’t have a reason to be faithful to you. You’re not my girlfriend, just a proud snooty shit I fuck and couldn’t get rid of. You claimed my babe title, I didn’t argue so I won’t disgrace your cheap ass but I’ve warned you to stop poking your nose in my fuck case. Stop thinking you’re important because you’re just like my other swings, trash to be thrown away when I get fed up. So tell me dear whore, why should I be faithful to you?’ I said with a lopsided smirk. She was crying already. ‘Gosh, you suck, stop wetting my expensive couch with your smelly droplets.’

‘You’re calling me names because of that thing?’ I rolled my eyes and exhaled the fag smoke in her face. She coughed and stood up.

‘I don’t want to see your dirty face for three days….’

‘No! You can’t chase me away because of that classless nerd, that ugly cheap whore!!!’

    ‘Ironic, isn’t it now darling?’

‘Are you trying to call me a whore?’

‘Nothing new I haven’t called you before bitch, get lost,’ I smiled picking up my glass of blush wine.

‘She’ll never take you away from me!!! Ever!!! I’ll make sure she pays for this insult!!!’ She yelled angrily and ran out in tears. I chuckled and inhaled more fag. I picked up my private phone and called Melody.

‘Meet me at the usual, I’m horny,’

    ‘Okay,’

‘Oh, what did Berwyn do to the girl that ought to tutor me?’

‘Beat the crap out of her, I left her at the school’s clinic, she’ll be fine.’ I hung up and puffed, curse that bitch for ruining my plans.

    Savannah
I searched from class to class for Genital, she sent me her “I’m crying so come comfort me,” text.
The text was just figures and randomly typed letters. Who could have insulted or beat her up again?

‘Pink haired!’ I swirled on my heels and glared at suspect number one, ignoring his glorious good look and charms. If my sister wasn’t dying for him, I would have made him mine a long time ago. ‘Whoa,’ he laughed. ‘What’s with the eye bullet?’

‘What did you do to my sister?’

‘That thing is related to a lovely treasure like y….’ I raised my hand in disapproval.

‘Cut the smoulder fuck and go straight to the point,’

    ‘Playing hard to get?’

‘Are you going to talk or am I going to walk away? I have someone important to be searching for. What did you do to my sister?’ I asked upsettingly.

‘Why don’t we forget about her,’ he stepped closer to me, his scent temporarily shutting down my brain. His hands went around my hips, sliding to my open thigh and to my ass. I closed my eyes so I won’t get mesmerized by his hypnotizing gaze. I scoffed and kneed him, I moved away fast and breathe out calmly. ‘Fuck you,’ he groaned.

‘Dog, don’t ever try that with me again,’

‘Just give me the bitch’s number,’ he grunted out.

‘I don’t remember knowing any bitch except your dog babe, who you referring to?’ I asked scornfully.

‘Maglificent, her number?’ I scoffed, I saw Olivia spying at us. I smirked and walked closer to him, I removed my hairpin pen and scribbled the number of the chocolate company I memorized and kissed his ear.

‘Stay clear off my sister, if you hurt her feelings, I’ll do everything in my powers to break you to the ground. Don’t think I’m bluffing, I mean business,’ I walked out of him, fucked up Ace. I went outside and like expected, she was outside the school at the bus top, bench crier. I love the girl but her inferior shit was annoying, all she did was underestimate herself and live like a fucking vampire’s teabag. Fuck, she’s beautiful and gorgeous without makeup, she never wears one yet she still stands out. Berwyn is all makeup and artificial, what’s her shit? Genital is beautiful, fashionable even though she doesn’t dress herself up, fancy, classy etc. Why can’t she see that?! Her self-esteem needed boosting and I wasn’t going to give up until I achieved that. I walked to her and snorted.
‘Let yourself get beaten up again,’ I stated the obvious, she sniffed. Her cheeks were plastered and her head bandaged.

Sorry,’ she sobbed. ‘I should have remembered that I was a nobody instead of trying to mingle w….’
‘Er, don’t try that rubbish shit with me, let’s have ice cream again, you need it.’ One way or the other, she must change.

    Berwyn
‘I’m telling you, she was allover him and he was licking her allover,’ Olivia said seriously. ‘He even gave her his address, you should have seen it,’ I went to see Olivia because she insisted I come so she could pass an important information to me, she was telling me about how Ace was drooling over the same nerd we beat up.

‘Are you seriously talking about the same nerd girl?’ Melody asked incredulously. Since she was Olive’s older stepsister, they lived in the same house and somehow, I ended up in her room. I can’t stay away from her, she might not agree with everything I do but she’s my best friend.

‘I wasn’t talking to you Melody, fuck off,’ Olive hissed.

‘I can’t believe Ace could stoop so low as to follow a peasant like that, how could he even insult me like that! For that thing!’

‘Berwyn, he’s Ace, that’s number one. Number two, you are not dating, you’re making yourself too cheap for him, too available to insult and three, the girl she’s talking about was the same girl I took to the clinic with my own two legs and hands. How could that same badly beaten up girl be with him? Aren’t you seeing the impossibility of the lie?’ She asked in bewilderment.

‘Wyn, have I ever lied to you?’ Olive asked sadly, I shook my head negatively. Melody sighed and turned back to her mirror. She picked up her favorite red lipstick and smeared it on.

‘Olivia, why do you like lying? What do you gain?’ She asked chucklingly as she smacked her lips.

‘You weren’t even there, how can you tell!!!’ Olive yelled defensively.

‘I was at the other hall, I saw the girl you’re talking about. The very same girl kneed him, the one I saw looked like a menace and you’re lying because you know your limit,’ she rolled the lipstick back in. ‘Ignore my sister,’

‘Why should I ignore the truth?’ I scoffed, she shrugged.

‘I tried,’ she clipped on a pair of ruby earrings and smiled with satisfaction. ‘How do I look?’ She asked twirling her chair around to face us.

‘Like you’re going to give a guy a blowjob,’ Olive said buoyantly.
‘That’s the original plan,’ she said winkingly.

‘With who? Your mystery boyfriend?’ I asked sardonically.

‘Oh no,’ she said with a very sly smile. ‘We aren’t dating, I’m smart enough to admit that to myself. He’s more like an ATM machine and a future means to destroy someone I hate with so much passion,’ I rolled my eyes. ‘Bye girls.’ She grabbed her bag and walked out.

‘I swear, that girl is too secretive, silent snake,’ I nodded in agreement. ‘So, what do you plan on doing with her? The nerd?’
‘What I always do, make her wish she was never born.’
